The original comment was “They don't rent out to certain ethnicities.” The wording was subsequently removed 24 hours later leaving the one star. I have checked our records and we have never dealt with anyone called Batoul. I have checked with my colleagues and no one recognised the situation you portray? We therefore assume that this comment is made by a competing estate agent trying to besmirch our name similar to a recent case which was proven. Furthermore our staff look like the United Nations and are overly representative of ethnic minorities. This accusation is simply preposterous and offensive.

Dear Lachie, I am sorry you feel like that. We let your property to a tenant with good references for 12 months. After 4 months the tenant wanted to leave and you voluntarily allowed her to break the contract early. You asked for a pro rata refund of letting fees, but Bradley emailed confirming a Credit Note that is redeemable against a future letting in accordance with the Terms & Conditions that you signed. I am not sure why you would think it appropriate to penalise us when we have done nothing wrong?, We didn’t agree that the tenant could break the contract early, - you did? We are happy to honour the Credit Note should you instruct us to let either this property or any other property in the future.
