A knowledgeable and professional Agent is rare to find these days. We have moved several times in our life but Howard Cundy have been by far the easiest people to deal with. GoogleWhen I wanted to sell my property, I was not too sure if iPropertyUK would handle it properly. However looking at the credentials and experience of the backers of the agency I decided to give them this opportunity and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Dharmesh and Jay were extremely professional in helping arrange viewings and securing the best deal for my flat. Even though they are online agents, at no point of time I felt any the services would have been different from the high street agents. Not only this resulted in saving thousands off my sale, the regular updates about the progress made me feel relaxed about the sale progress. Great service and fantastic experience! Highly recommended!

GoogleVery poor check out report. Didn't take into consideration any wear and tear across the 18 months and missed out key pictures of oversights. Labelled things like "could benefit from a wipe" and "debris in the cupboard" when it was professionally cleaned by cleaners. Awful service, would not recommend.

We have looked into your inspection, and as independent inventory providers, we do have to record the full condition of each area of the property, which does mean we have to note any cleaning oversights that we find on-site. We always take into account fair wear and tear, and make assessments based on the type of home and length of tenancy. During a check out inspection, this is based on a comparison against the original principle report, and we are required to note the changes that have occurred during your tenancy. After each report is delivered, we always offer a 7 day period to comment on our reports to ensure all parties are entirely happy. This applies for both the check-in and check-out reports. Taking into account the nature of our business, we do accept omissions can occasionally occur, and if this does happen we would kindly request that you contact us directly, as we’d be more than happy to discuss this with you, and if needed revisit your property to ensure the report you have receive is fully accurate. Googleexcellent agency and magnificent landlord, when you report that something is wrong in the house, they have an almost immediate response. They are very good at communicating when renting you the things you need and they give you your space so you can gather it. They give you the house in very good conditions and if you require any changes they do it.
