GoogleAlthough I did not eventually buy through Reed Rains I did enquire about 2 of the properties they had for sale and viewed one of them . I found the agent / manager Jack very helpful and informative. I didn't feel pressured or rushed in any way and was able to discuss aspects of the houses with him. As I have searched for my new property I have unfortunately not found all estate agents as professional or engaging. Some have been completely disinterested, others far too pushy. However this was not the case here. RecommendedPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleIf its normal to have to chase time and time again to get simple queries answered then yes service is OK. If waiting 2 weeks for a response initiated by Reeds Rains that was promised in a couple of days then again yes service is ..... even though the reply never actually came through. Out of office notifications not used by managerial staff yet holiday and time off excuses used. Initial database extracts are not qualified when they are flashed in front of you as a "this is what our national database holds" once qualified 22 hot to trot becomes 1. HUGE kickbacks given to the offices if you use their recommended law firms etc - check the fine print, all above board but higher than average amounts. Unfortunately having James in the business doesn't make up for the other back office failings

GoogleWe used Reeds Rains Eccleshall for a home move in 2019. The staff were extremely professional and able to understand our needs, budget and personal preferences when it came to our property search. Louise found us the perfect property and guided us through the home move process ensuring that we were expertly advised on all parts of the process. James helped us with all the relevant paperwork and made sure that we had everything we needed on the day of the move. I would highly recommend the team for anyone looking for property in the area.

GoogleWe used Reeds Rains to sell our character property in Eccleshall. The entire process was relatively pain-free and the staff at Reeds communicated with us every step of the way. Whether we called or dropped into the high street office, we were always treated like a valuable customer and nothing was ever too much trouble. We will be using Reeds Rains again this year as the service from the very professional staff is seamless.

GoogleI have had several dealings with reeds rains as my mother bought a property with them and then I have since rented a commercial property in eccleshall through them. I have always found the staff to be very helpful and extremely professional with any queries or problems that I may have had although I must say most of my dealings have been with Nicola Jane the manageress. My daughter has since left home and also rented through reeds rains on my recommendation after having issues with other agencies, this is why I give them all a massive five star rating, hope they keep up the good work 😀
