Thank you all so much for selling my property in a very professional, helpful and dedicated manner. The process of selling is always very daunting. However, knowing that I could call upon you for help, advice and guidance, made the whole situation far better to cope with. Keep up the excellent work and wishing you continued success. Janice.

We have had the most wonderful, friendly, whilst professional support from Louise Hall, from our initial chat some weeks ago, when we were just enquiring about the area etc, to her securing our new home there yesterday. She has been so helpful and efficient so far and she has made the transaction stress free. She has provided invaluable information about the local and surrounding area too, as we are relocating, and gives you the courtesy and luxury of her time. We never felt rushed or under any pressure She is a credit to the company and we would definitely recommend her in any property dealings you may have.

Our house move seemed particularly long and painful due to circumstances out of our control (up the chain). Despite this, Louise at Reeds Rains was the only person who was able to give me sensible answers and information throughout the process. Reeds Rains were not our estate agents but our Vendor's and were always helpful, calm and put up with my consistent badgering! If and when we next move house, we will definitely be using this team for our sale. Thank you all.

We would like to thank Nicola Jane and Louise for all their help and support throughout the whole process of selling our home. They were both always supportive, professional and readily available to answer any questions we had and made the whole experience stress free. They would be our first call if ever we decided to move again.

Nicola-Jane and Sam went up and beyond for us purchasing our property in Eccleshall. The whole process was an easy transition and it took six weeks from initial offer to completion. Reeds Rains were everything our own estate agent wasn't in another county! Highly recommend for an efficient, friendly and honest service. Many thanks

Sending our thanks to Louise and Nichola from the Eccleshall branch. You made our purchase of our project house on Newport road pain-free given the complexities with the property! Louise dealt with our purchase and arranged our visits to the property with our army of tradesmen. Louise is a great attribute to the branch going the extra mile to fit us in for a morning appointment before starting work. Thank you for your constant support and efficiency. Kind Regards Ben and Jess.

Excellent service from Reeds Rains Eccleshall branch with the manager Nicola-Jane Dyson going out of her way to help us sell our house. We achieved what we wanted for our property and also purchased our new house with Reeds Rains. A big thank you to Nicola-Jane and her staff, James and Louise for all their help and hard work during the process. I also used their panel solicitors, who were also very efficient and helpful in the sale and purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them all and would be happy to have them all work for me again in the future should I ever move house again.

The Team at Reeds Rains Eccleshall really take the stress out of buying or selling a home - having been through both journeys with them, I'd know! Led by NIcola-Jane, who clearly has huge experience and knowledge of the market, the clients and the process of buying and selling property, and with enthusiastic, friendly and professional support from Louise and Sam, I really felt the whole team were doing everything they could for me to take me through the journey painlessly. In particular, the constant stream of communication left me knowing that they were working on my case, working closely with each other and that they cared. I also like how much I felt like they were on my side to get me as much out of the transaction as possible - what was impressive is that I always felt like they were somehow helping both buyer and seller in the same way!? Based on my buying experience, I went to them to help sell my property. Based on both those experiences, I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the area.
