A huge thank you to all the team. 2025: I had the pleasure of working with HP again to sell my leasehold property, and was impressed with their service, especially during a challenging market. Harvey (Senior Sales Agent) was incredibly friendly, responsive, and honest throughout the process. I was not based locally, but I felt completely at ease knowing Harvey was always available to speak. His proactive updates about viewing feedback, new market insights, and pricing advice kept me informed and reassured that everything was in good hands. He also recommended an excellent solicitor. Also, Sarah (Liaison Manager) plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication with the buyer. I have received a very good support from HP since they took over the management of the property I was living in, in particular from Connie. There were many issues which I kept addressing to the landlord and the contractors but these were often being ignored however when HP stepped in they started acting on those immediately and get things sorted promptly and efficiently. I no longer live in the area so had no idea which agent to choose. I narrowed it down to 3 but finally decided Homes Partnership seemed to be the best so I went with them and I’m so glad I did! Having bought and sold several properties, as a buy to let landlord for nearly 20 years, I’d experienced a fair amount of bad service but HP exceeded all my expectations. The speed they dealt with all the formalities and got the property live on the market was very impressive. Having read the reviews it comes as a shock that I’m even having to say this….. went to view a property on Byrd Road with Atlanta and I must say what a frosty reception we got. We arrived Atlanta was already stood outside the property we waved as we was parking to which she completely just looked at us with a resting b face, upon meeting Atlanta I felt she was very abrupt and cold with me, to try and break some of the awkward tension I asked how she is , she then responded short and sweet with “ she’s fine” As I said it comes as a shock I’m having to write this, hopefully Atlanta was having a bad day and wasn’t put off by me being a person of colour :)

Update: July 2025 Having just sold another property via HP I'm happy to find the same professional service and the same friendly & reliable people. The valuation was spot on, well discussed and the asking price achieved. HP were/are proactive in liaising between all parties/solicitors etc to keep the transaction moving. In my experience their standards are continuously high and I recommend them. 2017 I have just sold the second of two properties through HP in the last year (and have quite a lot of experience of agencies over the last thirty) and have found HP to be a very sound and reliable agency - pretty much everyone that picks up the 'phone in fact. From Paul's initial valuation to completion. They have done very well to secure me excellent pricing on both properties and equally importantly have kept on top of the transactions through to exchange/completion. That is SO important and, whilst the agent can't make buyers/sellers/solicitors act, it does mean that I was able to have a 'conversation' with the buyers/solicitors when necessary and it did help keep both sales on track. Also, they are a friendly bunch who are obviously well versed in the importance of customer service. I happily recommend HP to you.
