Experienced no issues at all, Natalia was extremely helpful whenever I had any questions, and made the whole process very easy and efficient. She would get back to me very quickly, making the whole signing and moving in process go by swiftly which is exactly what I needed.

THANK YOU! We cannot thank Lucy enough for the hassle free sale of our house. Beals we’re great through and through and would most certainly use them again, all because of Lucy. Her knowledge and experience, along with her fabulous personality made selling our family home stress free. At the time, what we were buying fell through so she helped us with renting somewhere to see the sale go through. I was also very emotional about selling the home and she couldn’t do enough for us. We wouldn’t have any qualms buying or selling in the future if it can be handled from start to finish by Lucy.

Lucy restored my faith in Estate agents! Having had some pretty bad experiences with estate agents previously I was not looking forward to selling my house during an already stressful time in my life however thanks to Lucy the whole sale was handled perfectly. She was knowledgeable, understanding and went above and beyond for me to make sure I was happy and looked after at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend her and beals and cannot thank her enough.

Darren was absolutely amazing, it was our first time doing both transactions, selling and buying. With the lack of property out there meant deciding to put ours on the market was nerve racking but Darren assured us it would put us in the best position possible and that Beals would help every step of the way, they took care of the whole process.Darren made us feel comfortable, but his charming, fun whitty personality also made the transition so much fun, now who’s ever said that. Couldn’t recommend Darren and Beals enough

All the questions we had, and we sure did have quite a few, was answered quickly and politely; she organised a viewing next day and liaised with the landlord for a prompt response and we were able to move in a little over a week after first contact! 3 years of renting through Beal’s and the whole experience was just awful. Someone from the Eastleigh branch hasn’t even responded to my last two emails about collecting post from our previous address - backs up our theory of them being happy to take our money but completely disinterested when we need to contact them. The maintenance team (one in particular) was also horrid to deal with - we had ongoing damp and mould issues and she couldn’t have cared less. We have been reporting issues with progressive damp and mould for 2 years and absolutely nothing has been done (partly due to the landlord) however we would repeatedly send photos and emails. I was even told one time that the lady had forgotten to log the report despite knowing we have young children. It was so bad that I had to email a complaint over. Two days later we received a tenancy termination letter through the post (delivered by someone from Beal’s). I then called and he acted like he knew nothing about it but assured us that he would let us know of any properties that had become available - haven’t heard from him since, not even to check up on the post tenancy documents/checklists!Absolute shambles of a company.
