We purchased a property from Beals which we now are the proud owners .it wasn’t an easy transaction (and none of which was down to Beals)Lauren-Marie Collins handled a lot of our purchase keeping us informed with a total breakdown of every stage ..with total professionalism and a caring attitude .I would totally recommend Beals in park gate the staff are amazing and nothing is to much trouble.

We had a tenant lined up for our rental property, but Beals took care of all the paperwork for us. It wasn't without its challenges, but Jess was amazing and chased the tenants until all the checks were in place. I would definitely recommend Beals for Lettings

GoogleBeals Eastleigh are one of the greatest DIY estate agents. If you want an update on your sale you should do it yourself. Beals are happy to send an email but rarely chase it up. In the end my buyers and myself worked together to chase both sets of solicitors as it was the only way to get anything done. As for solicitors you should appoint your own local firm to represent you.

GoogleI rented property with beals, they were very happy to take my money. After few months I had huge leak in my house and I ended up reporting landlord to enviromental agency. After house was inspected it turned out that there are multiple hazards within property including level 1 hazards (endangering life). Beals did nothing to aknowledge this and pretended that they didn't see my emails. And keep covering for landlord. They knew about issues when they rented this property. Now I try to recover my deposit and 4 weeks and 6 emails later I still haven't received deposit back. I strongly discourage anyone to use this agency, they don't respect tenants and what they doing is criminal.

GoogleBeals were excellent in advising us in the selling of our property both in pricing and marketing. We were lucky to have Alan Woodhouse acting as our agent and he was superb in keeping us up to date on viewings, not only on the numbers of viewings but feedback afterwards. He was pivotal in selling and arranging exchange, along with our conveyancer, and got market price for our property. Would we recommend Beals (and Alan) ? Without doubt superb service from start to finish.

Both Ben and Lucy were highly professional in all dealings with the letting of my property. They paid extra care with the marketing and viewings of my house, including updating of photos online as decorative work was completed. They kept me updated on feedback from viewings and were a constant source of reassurance and ideas, ready to adapt to the market as needed to ensure a good tenant was put in place for me.I found them equally knowledgeable, professional and indeed most helpful in securing a tenant. Though Ben is the manager, I found Lucy to be of equal capacity and her friendly, helpful manner could easily be transferred to a managerial role.I am most happy with the service Beals has provided me.

We have been using Beal's full management services for over 7 years now. They have always been very professional, polite, and go out of their way to help. We very much appreciate the fact that they actually carry out the periodic inspections and send a detailed report along with photos. Not all agents provide this although they are supposed to. I wanted to thank Dan Frogley who has been a key contact for us from the beginning, and he is always willing to give his time to provide his expert advice as we build and expand our portfolio. I also wanted to thanks Molly Mae-West for being quick to respond and always happy to arrange for quotes for remedial works. Molly is friendly and very helpful. I can honestly say I sleep better knowing that Beal's are looking after our properties. Keep up the excellent work Beal's and we look forward to handing over more properties in the future to be managed by yourselves.
