I cannot fault Katie's work. The sale in question was a long and stressful process for both parties, but throughout the whole time Katie gave exceptional service. She was continuously communicating with me, providing updates regularly and happily answering any questions I had, and if she didn't have an answer she quickly found it and reported back to me. She was always friendly, helpful and welcoming with her calls and emails while also remaining very professional. Can't recommend her enough and would personally ask for her should I sell my property in the future.

We viewed a property with Annie and we’re very keen to put a security deposit down, unfortunately the landlord decided to go with another tenant. However, the very same day Aisha called and said there was a similar property close by that had only just started viewings, we could view immediately and we loved it! Both Annie and Aisha made the process quick due to the prior disappointment we were a little apprehensive but our tenancy was handled efficiently and professionally.

A good experience, but be careful what you sign!

I recently sold my property through Beal’s Eastleigh branch and found them to be professional and responsive throughout the process. On one occasion, my estate agent Alan, even forwarded me a critical email at 9pm in the evening which shows dedication to the job. My only gripe is that after Beal’s being unable to sell my property after 8 weeks, despite plenty of viewings; I requested to market my property with another agent. Despite being told there was flexibility when signing the contract, the estate agent’s position changed drastically and I was met with ‘well we may have discussed that, but the contract you signed doesn’t say that, so we won’t allow it.’ The agent did eventually agree to a compromise where I could bring another agent on 2 weeks before the end of the sole agency contract, but fortunately Beal’s sold my property before that time was up. I would recommend Beal’s based on their professionalism and good service, but the experience has taught me to be weary of what agents say during a sales pitch, and to always challenge written terms before signing a contract.

We couldn’t fault Josh Rahman’s customer service. He gave us his number and was so easy to contact and liaise with. When I was busy at work he was quick to text reply back, gave me a call when he felt he need to to make the process faster and smoother. He was very well informed with the property he was showing us around and gave us all the information we needed and asked for. Very Good Service from beginning to end

I advertised my house for sale through Beals in June 2021 and although my first buyer fell through, I quickly received another offer which has now just completed after only a couple of months. I dealt with Daniel Back who was very efficient and kept me up-dated at all times and also recommended the solicitors to me and a realistic price that I should be advertising at. I was also very impressed with Nancy who took the photos and Lucy who dealt with a short-term tenancy agreement for me. I will definitely use Beals again in the future.
