GoogleVery Professional Estate Agent I have just completed on the sale of my house and have to say I was delighted with the way Leaper Stanbrook dealt with the whole process. From the initial valuation, discussing the offers, all the way through to dealing with the complicated chain in a very conscientious and diplomatic way. I always felt that, as their client, they were always looking after my interest. There communication was first class, I would always receive a call back or email within an hour or so of leaving a message. I would certainly use them again and unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone else needing an estate agent in Eastbourne

GoogleIn August 2014 we used Leaper Stanbrook to sell our flat and buy a house. The valuation was in line with two other agents and considerably higher than one. Every member of staff we dealt with was friendly and helpful. At the end of a difficult process, they actually went and removed furniture into storage for the house vendors so we could move in on the day we wanted. They would definitely be our first choice in future moves.

GoogleMy view of Estate Agents has completely changed. Leaper Stanbrook (Freddy, Wayne and Andrew plus all the office staff) kept us very well informed and even when things didn't go as we liked we were told as things happened. The were proactive rather than reactive. I couldn't speak more highly of them.
