My experience was excellent, they have a brilliant balance of professionalism but also a personable family feel that most often attempt to achieve but fail to do so. Most of my dealings were with Fred who I found to be very informative, honest, efficient and responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm in the future. He's been extremely flexible and helpful showing us the property, answered all our questions in a timely manner. It was our first time buying a house and Wayne explained to us every step and what we had to do for each of them. We requested quite a few phone calls for clarification on things and nothing seemed much trouble.
