GoogleWanted to find out information about the shared ownership scheme. They booked me in for a mortgage advisor and tried selling me their services and said shared ownership is pointless. Wasted an hour of my time and lost any chance of doing business with me.

GoogleI have never ever dealt with such RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUALS! Very unhelpful, arrogant and disrespectful people. Been refused to VIEW a property for no reason after been hold on the phone for 20 minutes! PURE DISCRIMINATION!!! Absolutely Disgusting CUSTOMER service! AVOID!

GoogleAppalling service. Travelled 11/12/17 from Mitcham in horrendous snowy weather for a 1pm viewing in eastbourne told appointment not in diary & property had been sold. Despite the fact that I had confirmation email of viewing.
