GoogleBy any means AVOID. Lazy, incompetent. They only showed me the property for viewing and after starting the tenancy - no interest (didn't show me how to turn on/off the alarm, heating etc.). They forgot 2 check whether there's gas in the house, didn't leave any gas card.

We certainly are always 100% certain about gas supply, as we have all of our properties inspected annually by a qualified gas fitter and a gas safety certificate is issued to all tenants where there is a gas supply. After discussing this case with the team in our Goole office they refer to the fact that there was no key for the token meter, we keep a stock of these in our office for such cases, so the matter was resolved.

GoogleAs a surveyor, I get to view many properties throughout the area. I can honestly say that the stock managed by Link agency is generally of an above average condition as they seem to focus on properties that are in very good cosmetic condition and are generally very well maintained. Within my job I meet many agents and recieve varied expereriences from these letting agents throughout the region, allowing me to review standards and professionalism of there personnel and processes. In fact, in the past I have also been invloved in auditing agency standards and I can vouch that Link Agency offer a very high standard of service to both it's Customers and suppliers alike, they truly are a pleasure to deal with and offers brand values that others can only follow. Well Done Phil and your team of great employees.

GoogleSecond to none. I've had 2 properties managed by Link, one for 17 years which was also sold by them. Can't fault them at all. Rectifying any issues as quickly as they can for the Landlord and Tenants. Their professionalism and willingness to help is superb. I cant recommend them enough. Thankyou.

Thank you for leaving a review. I have checked the files and it appears that you paid a holding deposit equal to one weeks rent, but was unsuccesful on referencing. This is rare, but sometimes if the agency feel that information has been withheld then the deposit is kept to cover the cost of the time spent doing the work.

GoogleI have used link agency for both business and personal use in the past 8 years. I have always found the team both efficient and courteous to deal with, the companies main objective is customer focus which really shows when dealing with Link. Thank you for submitting a review. Its a tough one to respond to, in truth. I am sorry that you had a bad experience and would encourage you to visit us again if you are looking to rent a property. There is never an excuse for rudeness and I am sure that the woman in question probably did not realise how rude she was being. I would add that we have made some significant staff changes in the last twelve months, which have put the business on a better footing in this respect.
