GoogleMy property completed on 4/10/24. I put my property up for sale with Link in July. Marie dealt with everything for me, securing viewings before it even reached right move. Unfortunately, the first buyer dropped out of the sale but, Marie was straight back on it securing another offer within a few days of the other one falling through. Marie has been contactable whenever I’ve had questions and has been prompt with everything.
The sale was smooth and easy and if I was ever to sell again would use Link to do so.

GoogleHas to be the worst Letting Agency in the world!!!
Have had two properties with them, they refuse to get repairs done, ignore legal notices and blame the tenants for their own failings... And don't think you can argue with them or point out where they have broken the law cause they will just threaten you with eviction or not getting a property you have paid a deposit for.
After Reading the 'owners' reply they forgot to mention that Property 1 in Hook Road was inspected by council and we had to move as they wanted us to live in the flat while it was torn apart to fit central heating as there was none, fire extinguishers left spent and not recharged or replaced and other tenants covering up smoke and heat detectors
Property 2: again very easy to blame disabled tenants but failed to mention in reply that ERYC Environmental Health condemned the property in Gordon Street as our list of repairs kept getting longer as they were ignored and there were serious health & safety...
Link Agency response "Evict First" and don't ask questions later...

It is rare for us to have such poor tenants as Timothy Jackson and his partner. We have worked with the landlord that owns the property in question for many years and in the end we had to force an eviction on this tenant in order to protect the property from further abuse. I note that Mr Jackson is unhappy about this, all that I can say is that when tenants cause damage to property through neglect and poor living standards we will take immediate action.

Our records show that 80 people enquired about the same rental property, which makes it hard for us to give feedback to everyone that enquires. We are finding this increasingly the case due to lack of supply in the rental market.
