I used Oakfield to let out my house, ( Eastbourne Branch) and didn't regret it for a moment. Rebecca Green was a star in the process and a very kind considerate Estate agent who helped me through the hiccups I happened to encounter due to a case with tenants. A special mention to Charlotte Osborn must also be made for her valued help and I give a 5 out of 5 star review wholeheartedly for Oakfield's cooperative and friendly staff who were quick to reply in communication matters and very reliable to work with. For anyone wishing to let out their house, I can recommend Oakfield with my stamp of approval.

I have just rented out my property through Oakfield and they will be managing the rental. Zoe has been fantastic, calls and emails are responded to immediately, she has kept me fully updated on the progress of viewings and above all she has been great to deal with. Also Zoe and Rebecca have organised various works to the flat which have been carried out very promptly. I have just bought my dream property through Oakfield and cannot recommend them, in particular Lauren, any more highly. She was incredibly kind, helpful, professional, and knowledgable, and went above and beyond in all her dealings with me. I feel very fortunate to have had her as my advocate as I don’t think I would have got the property I wanted without her. All the staff were polite, friendly and efficient, and I don’t hesitate to recommend Oakfield to others and Lauren particularly. Oakfield have recently acted for me and my wife on the sale of a flat in Eastbourne, the instruction having been handled by Sam Hines and Josh Thompson. My experience of dealing with Sam and Josh over a prolonged period and within a less than straightforward market has been one of total satisfaction, from initial contact through to advice on value, finding a suitable buyer and securing completion. Excellent communication was maintained at all times and I welcomed the approach adopted whereby I was told what I needed to know, not what I might want to hear. I have no time for the latter approach in business as it achieves nothing save ultimate dissatisfaction.
