Oakfield recently Sold a property that was from my fathers estate, he passed away last year so it was under difficult circumstances. Cian Fox was in charge of selling and marketing the property. I’ve never sold a property before so Cian was absolutely fantastic in helping me understand every aspect of the process and answered all questions I had. What an amazing bunch of agents. Right form the start the team have been amazing with constructive advice and guidance , As I am relocating my move wasn't going to be the easiest to manage but the team here were with me all the way helping me with property searches and tenant requirements , it was a shame that me relocation plans changed to another part of the Kent coast but be rest assured if they hadn't then Oakfield is the company I would have used to secure a smooth trouble free move. Awful, unusable website. Have a look, enter a price range - why are there no prices between 500k and 750k?? There should be 550, 600, 650, etc. When I go to advanced search and enter the extremely limited restrictive options, it won't show my results. So, for example, if I enter a maximum of 750k, it shows properties over that price. So evidently, lots wrong with your very limited, lack of search functions. Look at Rightmove, how excellent their website is for specifics. I don't want to be limited to entering £750k maximum when I'm actually looking for a property very close to the £600k price range.
