GoogleNicholas, James and the team have taken customer service to a different level, in my opinion. They recently sold my flat whilst I was overseas and they couldn't have done more to make the process as smooth as possible. Of course they know what they are doing as they have decades of experience between them but, most importunately for me, is that fact they are such nice people. I wholeheartedly recommend them to sell your property.

GoogleMe and my partner bought our lovely flat in Poets Corner from Nicolas James back in February. From the first time we stepped into the flat up until completion everything went super smoothly. The guys are just great and not pushy at all. They made us feel comfortable and knew all the information about the flat when we viewed it. They are both incredibly generous with their time and make themselves available at your convenience. They do what they say they are going to do and they don't bs you - this makes it really easy for them to create rapport and trust with buyers and sellers. From day 1 and throughout the whole transaction they make you feel welcome and valued. They are just really good people - hands down the best agent I've ever worked with. GoogleI can't praise the team at Nicholas James enough. From our initial meeting with James to our dealings with Luke, it's been exceptional! We let our property just as the lockdown started and I have felt reassured throughout that Luke and the team have everything in hand. The communication has been great and I've felt like they genuinely care. I have another rental property, sadly too far away for Nicholas James to manage but the customer service does not compare to these guys - outstanding!
