Hands down the best estate agents I've ever worked with. I initially rented from Nicholas James when I moved to the area and they went above and beyond to support me with my move (and a lovely bottle of fizz to welcome me in!). Luke was incredibly supportive when I was feeling a little out of sorts from the move. I then ended up buying a property through Nicholas James and Luke again managed the entire process and was extremely supportive, ensured the process was as smooth as possible - it's my second house purchase and the most stress-free I've had! Highly recommend Luke and the team!

The personal care and attention from the Nicholas James staff in all parts of our move were great. Rachel, who facilitated our viewing, was knowledgable and friendly. Keri, who handled all of our subsequent paperwork, was excellent and really made us feel we mattered as customers and individuals. I used Nicolas James to let a 3 bedroom property in Brighton . The whole experience was seamless from start to finish . The property let on the first day of viewings and I was kept constantly in touch with updates right up to the day the tenant moved in . Having let out property before this was by far a much more professional experience and far less stressful for me . We have since had Nick round to do a valuation on our home which again was done with great professionalism but no pressure . I can not recommend Nicolas James highly enough

Having experienced a far few estate agents both as landlord and tenant, I can highly recommend Nicholas James. They are friendly and approachable, efficient and responsive. I came to know them recently as a tenant. After months of missing out on properties (as I was not always the first one to view a property), I was surprised and impressed that they seem not to support this 'first come first gets approach', unlike others. Nicholas James accept offers from all who are interested and let the landlord decide the best one. As a vital gateway between landlord and tenant, their fairness really stood out to me. This is a good agency. Their staff are friendly and efficient; their administration prompt and effective.
