Superb lettings service

I am surprised at the negative reviews by sellers. My wife and I are landlords who over 20 years had become so disillusioned by the appalling service by letting agents in Wealden compared to our agents in other areas that, after recovering yet another smashed up property we decided to manage our portfolio ourselves. This was such a drain on our time and energy that we decided to sell the Wealden portion through Mansell McTaggart in course of which we were introduced to their letting team, and so decided to hand management to them while their colleagues arranged our property sales.The letting service proved so excellent that we cancelled our sales, and for the first time in 20 years we feel we are getting the expertise and professionalism we pay for. So many thanks to Brian Wilkins in the Uckfield office whose sterling work has been truly transformational.

Mansell McTaggart Uckfield Branch has supported our Charity fundraising Frost Fair for a good few years now by putting boards up throughout the area to advertise the event. Their reach is so wide we have customers coming to our Isfield event from all over e.g. Haywards Heath, Lewes, Brighton, Hailsham and the surrounding villages. The boards are very visible and easy to read and make a huge difference to our footfall and the success of our fair. Mansell McTaggart provide a very efficient, fast acting and helpful service and we are very grateful to them.

Jo and her team in the Storrington…

Jo and her team in the Storrington branch are fabulous. Mansell Mctaggart secured a sale for our home within days of it being marketed. The presentation of our property was superb, photography did it proud. We were kept updated throughout our sale and purchase at all times . Although an extremely stressful time the team were very approachable and certainly helped out with all involved taking a lot of the pressures off us. We would definitely recommend Jo and her team and would use again in the future.

Disappointing experience with Haywards…

Disappointing experience with Haywards Heath branch as a potential buyer of a property that they were selling/managing. Substandard communication throughout the entire process from start to finish with us regularly chasing for updates which was massively elongated due to the sellers 'changing their minds' after we had, had our offer accepted, engaged a solicitor and paid for searches to be completed on the property. The entire situation could have been avoided if the sellers were onboarded correctly with Mansell Mc Taggart to ensure that they were 100% certain about marketing and selling their property. Make sure you get everything formalised in writing to protect yourself should anything go wrong like it did in our situation.
