GoogleSold my house recently through K&C Lewes road branch. Its a good friendly team of people, they give good and honest advice. My sale was difficult, and Shaun/James went the extra mile to support after I had left the country, visiting the property many times and sorting out various issues for me. All of this for a very competitive price

GoogleAfter several stressful weeks of searching for our rental property and going for countless viewings, we finally had the most delightful experience at King & Chasemore. In particular, Olivia Gamble was extremely lovely, kind and helpful to us when organising our new tenancy. The whole process was done with great professionalism and efficiency. She really went above and beyond when helping us- we are pleasantly shocked! Definitely recommend.

GoogleWe were really impressed with the services we received from Danny and the team at King and Chasemore. They worked extremely hard to push a difficult and time sensitive sale through for us and were considerate and supportive of our needs. GoogleKing and Chasemore were very professional helping with the sale of my flat. They were patient and explained anything I wasn't familiar with in the process. They were very friendly and always at the end of the phone if I needed to get in touch. Once everything was in place, the flat exchanged and completed on the same day. We didn’t have the easiest time moving due to external factors, however everyone I contacted at Kings & Chasemore were more than understanding and their communication has been perfect! GoogleI can't recommend King & Chasemore enough. We found and sorted our new property in about a day thanks to the precious help of Fin and Paula! Communication was great throughout, by email and by phone. We were never left in the dark and everything went so smoothly. Moving house is stressful so I can't thank Fin and Paula enough for their amazing customer service and support!
