I recently had an experience with Fox & Sons and overall found their service to be professional and efficient. The staff were friendly especially Eleanor, responsive, and kept me well-informed throughout the process, which made things feel much less stressful. They were proactive in arranging viewings and were always quick to answer any questions I had. I particularly appreciated their clear communication and willingness to help at every stage. While there were a few minor delays, these were handled well and explained clearly. Overall, I’d recommend Fox & Sons to anyone looking for a reliable estate agent.

When viewing houses, India was fantastic. She really listened to what we were looking for, searched for suitable properties, and showed us around with lots of helpful ideas and insight. When we visited the office, it was clear how hard the whole team was working, the phones were constantly busy, and that gave us the confidence to choose Fox & Sons to sell our home. Fox & Sons also offer mortgage services and advice. Although we already have our own mortgage advisor, we still attended a meeting to explore our options, which was very informative. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received when selling my house. Curtis, Zach, and India were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and reassuring throughout the entire process. They kept me regularly updated and made everything feel straightforward and well managed. A genuinely positive experience from start to finish, I would definitely recommend Fox & Sons.

April 2025: Alfie and Oskar made the entire process of moving in as tenant, extremely quick, transparent and as smooth as move ins can go! The welcome pack was a kind edition but Alfie went above and beyond when there was a slight mix up on move in day, would recommend and 100% use again!! Update to review - Dec 2025: After living in my rented property for ~6 months I am having to degrade my review from 5 stars. I have recently been in contact with my landlord after a number of issues with my flat. The main ones being I was told by the estate agents that there was no gas in my property so did not need to pay for this, despite asking for clarity. This meant I've now been hit with a £1k + bill as I have not paid since moving in. There are also cosmetic issues like the walls needing painting before I moved in, I was told this would be done. It wasn't and I have seen learned the landlord was not even informed of these issues. Terrible communication and service and seeming a rush job putting in minimal effort all round. I no longer recommend.

I have kept an excellent record as a tenant in my previous homes. My experience with Lauren and Binal at the Fox & Sons London Road Southampton was a very terrible one as both representatives kept lieing at every point. At some point I stopped taking verbal communication from them except through emails just to have a proof. They were unprofessional and dodgy in picking calls,so I started to call the sales unit to help put my call through to the lettings unit. Please avoid letting agents of the sort. To before warned is to before harmed.very unprofessional staff, very poor communication.

Would score them no stars if it allowed . We started off trying to sell our house with fox and sons . What a mistake to make. Disaster from day one . Told them I wanted a sale board up . Which we eventually got. Only to be taken down again. When I asked them why , got told it was a mistake . Had to keep phoning them to get it put up again. When we got viewings they failed again and again to inform the viewers the savings they would make due to solar panels we have . Found this out when a couple of viewers came back to have a look round .I kept having to chase up feed back with them .instead of them keeping me informed. The final straw came when twice they didn't secure my front door after showing people round . Gave them a months notice , and then changed to Your Move found them more professional and friendly to do business with. And have now sold my Property with them. THANKS Stuart and Rob at Your Move
