GoogleFrom the moment Aston came to our house to present to the day we completed, the levels of professionalism were very high, they were able to demonstrate how they were going to market, who was looking and where people were coming from. We were kept informed every step of the way. We had an open day which Dan took charge of and again the high levels of professionalism shone through. GoogleWe have had a great experience with the brilliant team at Fox and Sons and would not hesitate to recommend them. Aston, Aaron and Zoe have provided us with an excellent service throughout the process of selling our home. We have really valued how helpful, friendly, efficient and professional they have been throughout. Moving house can be really stressful but they did a great job to miniimise any difficulties by being construcitve and responsive and providing fabulous expertise. It has made such a difference to have a friendly and positive team who were able to give us a personal service, which was above and beyond what I expected. Thank you!

GoogleI am happy to give this branch 5 stars. The team were amiable yet efficient and professional. Living close by I would pop in regularly without notice for an update on my sale and was always welcomed and advised without fail. A slight niggle would be the turnover in personnel over three months which knocked established relationships. This, however, was far outweighed by the attentiveness and care I received from Zoe and latterly Emma as the sale drew to a close. Two outstanding, caring employees. I hope they are valued by the management!

They provide a very professional and personal service which gives you confidence during what is a hugely important process for all concerned. I would recommend them to both sellers and purchasers.

GoogleSurprised to find myself in this position, but Jonathan and Heb at the Preston Park Fox and Sons could not have been better. The reviews online of Fox and Sons were not altogether complimentary, but did not match our experience at all. We had a complex chain to deal with our sale and purchase and the cool heads and experience of these agents really paid off. Nothing seemed to much trouble for them, and they worked hard to get a quick sale at the right price. Recommended.

She was amazing and completely on the ball - always checking to see if anything had changed and even saved me money by moving me onto a new better product weeks before completion. Thankyou Gemma! GooglePopped in today as a prospective buyer in Preston Park. One of the employees, Jordan, was exceptionally patient and helpful. Although this is just the start of the process for me to buy a property in the area, the friendly and knowledgable approach of this staff member was a genuine breath of fresh air as a buyer.
