Unresponsive and unprofessional. I am renting a flat and have been trying to set up a simple TVTEL, for some reason it is still not complete - 3 months passed already. My experience with their tenant management company is very good so I don't know what the problem is with this branch, employees seem to keep changing.

Josh, Hassen and Daryl at the Lewes Road branch were generally friendly and helpful - patient with my million questions and always eager to help. I would definitely be happy to deal with them again, thank you! Unfortunately, the processes of Cubitt & West were on occasion too full on. For example after signing an agreement for C&W to sell my flat, this clearly kick started a process which left me feeling 'hounded' by the photographers with up to 4 calls a day (Josh soon put an end to this after I mentioned this to him). I understand this is likely to be out of the hands of the local office but I'd urge them to feed this back to head office...I hate pressured sales approaches and this is how it felt at times.

As a property owner using C&W for a managed rental service I can honestly say that in my personal experience the service has been absolutely terrible. I have constantly had my tenants calling me directly asking for help to deal with C&W to have basic maintenance issues sorted in a timely manner. I personally would not use them again. I will add that I have had dealings with them on the sale side and that they were very good but the rental service is another story.
