Ava was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process, incredibly friendly, patient, and always quick to respond to our many questions. We were relocating from London and even had a period away while the paperwork was going through, but thanks to Ava’s support everything was sorted ahead of time, making the whole transaction smooth and easy. She even helped us with really helpful advice about parking in Brighton, which we truly appreciated, and she also helped us through arranging pet letting insurance. We do recommend!

Ava did an excellent job throughout the whole process. She met me on time, showed me a flat that was perfectly suited to my needs, and has been consistently responsive and helpful from start to finish. A special mention as well for how smooth the process was overall: the agency’s automated online system for questionnaires and required forms made everything quick and easy, and genuinely took the stress out of it. Ava and Ruby at Lewes Road are amazing! At the viewing Ava was so kind and did not rush me in any way. I made an offer on the spot which has been progressed to completion in less than 24 hours! That must be some sort of record. I was struggling with filling in some online forms today and my visit to the office was a fantastic experience with Ruby taking control of my mobile phone and sorting everything out. Ava made several phone calls to make sure the information was being received and acceptable. I would never ever have been able to do this myself. If I could give 6 or higher stars I would certainly do so.

This was my first experience through an agent and was dreading the process as was told it can be q difficult how ever Ava and Ruby have made this experience stress free and have gone above and beyond for me nothing has been to much for them and has really been a stress free process . Arrived 5 minutes early for viewing. After quarter of an hour, still no one, so called and told “5 minutes away” .. 20 minutes later (so over half an hour late) still no one. Called again, to be told they had been there all along and we weren’t there. Complete lies. There were two of us - one standing in pouring rain waiting/look out - the second by the front door (yes, we did knock). There is no way they had been anywhere near this property. Unreliable and then dishonest to cover their tracks. Why would you use them. I know one thing, my properties will never be listed with them.

So searching for my rental was a big struggle, until Ruby M. Came along, she took the struggle out of everything, she kept me in mind all the time, & along came my 2 bed home, from start to finish & ongoing her help in EVERYTHING was 200% this could not have been made possible without her taking the reigns, just the ticket, after a horrible couple of years SOMEONE got up & offered the care time & attention that was needed. I didn't feel it was her job it mattered to her she CARES!!! Not all about target & money.
