Service was excellent from the start working hard to fund a buyer quickly, the communication was excellent.Julie Bramble was my Sales Progressor and responded to my emails quickly. Big shout out to the Horley branch

We would like to say a huge thank you to Siobhan and Ellie at the Horley branch.From the moment Siobhan came round for our first meeting we knew we were in good hands. She was very professional, friendly and made us feel at ease straight away.Selling a property is stressful enough but we were selling two. Siobhan and Ellie have taken a lot of the stress out of it by keeping in constant contact with us and giving us feedback after each viewing.We were always made to feel we were important and nothing was too much trouble. Ellie even popped round one evening after work to take some more photos as my partner wanted some more added. His property sold shortly afterwards so it obviously did the trick, thanks Ellie.We would highly recommend C&W Horley branch, Siobhan and Ellie are a great team, they genuinely care, they look happy to see us whenever we pop into the branch, they always make us feel welcome, we’ve never felt like we were being a nuisance or inconvenience.Thank you for all your hard work ladies.

We are first time buyers and taking our time to find the right home. Sue has been great so far in being responsive and helping us look. We're also being so careful with covid because our son is not yet vaccined and I have felt very safe viewing with Sue. Because we are first time buyers we can take our time poring over the descriptions, photos and videos on Rightmove. The C&W photos do a good job of showcasing a property. I wish more estate agents would include the room dimensions in their floorplans and provide good floorplans like C&W do.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I recommend Cubitt & West Lewes 100%. I first dealt with them in 2019 when Sue showed us around a number of houses and we ended up buying one via them. Based on that experience C&W Lewes were the only Estate Agents I contacted when I was thinking of selling in 2020. As soon as I decided to put my house on the market Sue was on it. Lining up quality viewings straight away and making the process as stress-free as possible for me. Sue is personable, really knowledge, so hard-working and always there to listen and offer her views and advice in a professional and helpful manner. I have dealt with a lot of Estate Agents over the years and C&W and Sue in particular, are top of my list. Things got a little sticky when we got close to exchanging contracts and Chris from the branch was absolutely brilliant. Sue was on holiday and Chris stepped and spent hours speaking to ALL parties get the issues resolved and contracts exchanged in-line with my desired timing. So good they sold it twice!

Kerry-Ann sold my parents’ house to them back in 2006 and then sold it for them again in 2021. The reason they chose Kerry-Ann and Cubitt & West this year was because they remembered her clearly and the excellent service 15 years ago. She was totally professional, extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable, candid, proactive, and went out of her way to make the process easy for my elderly parents who were both shielding much of the time. And it couldn’t have been easy during the worst of Covid. Kerry-Ann and her team were brilliant at juggling my requests around my mum and dad’s sale. I was very grateful.

We've been extremely happy with Siobhan and her team and the service C&W have provided.We were impressed from the first moment we contacted C&W and when Siobhan came round to value our house, it was an easy decision to market our property with her. Amazing service from start to finish…

Amazing service from start to finish from Abby Tallack. We are a family relocating from abroad after 8 years and have received 5 star service throughout. Our situation was a little complicated and at every step, the communication was spot on. Abby managed to get our keys within a week of first showing interest. Nothing was too much trouble. If Abby ever leaves this profession id have zero hesitation employing her. She is a total credit to this company who now shine far brighter than others we have 'engaged' with. I wont name them.. But not answering phones? Not replying to emails? Being cut off.. Etc etc Cubitt and especially Abby are to be trusted, endorsed and have given my wife and I total confidence and peace of mind.

We used Cubitt & West Caterham branch for the sale of our property in Warlingham. We had used another local estate agent for 12 weeks prior to this and had not had a good experience, so a friend recommended Cubitt & West. Jayde was introduced to us as our lead having had the initial marketing discussion with Rachel. The processes used for communication are excellent allowing transparency between parties and this for me was unusual particularly for Estate Agents. Jayde was very thorough, professional and honest throughout the whole process. She was confident on our first meeting that our property would sell and it did after 12 viewings. Although she had moved to a different branch during our sale, she continued to manage the exchange and completion to the end, for which we were very pleased about. Pulborough Cubitt and west amazing!! After selling my house within 24 hours, I was very stressed trying to find a house and looking at about 30/40 houses! One person in particular Kirsty the sales manager! It was almost impossible to get viewings around myself and my partners shift work! Very fast at emailing back and answering even the most stupid of questions without problem! And she done in without any hesitation! She’s amazing and the staff had been amazing, she almost took the stress out of it all, and she found us our dream home! Thank you to Lauren, Elliot and Lee for helping to sell our home. I had previously put off selling my house for years but the guys at the Havant office assured me they would support and guide us and they did exactly that. Through no ones fault our original buyer pulled out very close to exchange. I was beside myself but Lauren was great, she worked late that day and within less than 24 hours she had arranged many viewings and from this we sold again. Thanks to Lauren's hard work she turned it round and 4 weeks later we were sold!
