GoogleExcellent communication and support throughout my time with Avard. Always at the end of the phone to help out. They also helped me find the most financially secure buyer for my flat. As I was nearing exchange, Gary was especially helpful collecting documents from solicitors and being 'courier' for me to my freeholders to speed along the whole process. Worth their commission.

Gary has excellent negotiation skills and handles issues in calm manner while managing everyone’s needs. Gary turned around what was looking like a very desperate situation into a dream outcome. Whether it was finding removers at short notice, managing last minute niggles or sourcing handymen Gary had a solution for anything and everything and always made himself available with good humour.
