GoogleWith all the landlords/estate agents i've had in the past in London, Brighton, and Hanoi - I can not make it clear enough how fantastic these guys are. I've personally been dealing with Gary Cloherty, who's lovely and sorts everything immediately. They're flexible, kind, and prompt. They were very professional when dealing with a complicated neighbourly conflict.They restored my faith in estate agents and landlords. 1000% recommend. Don't risk it with anyone else, come to these guys!

GoogleUnfortunately very bad experience renting with them. False promises, would take them very long time to fix issues, after moving out wanted to keep a large chunk of deposit even though the property was left in much better and cleaner state than before.

GoogleThe guys at Avard were terrific - I used their service to sell my flat. Communication was excellent from start to finish. I really felt that they were on my side. They were friendly and approachable and never failed to be available just when I needed them. They are very hard working people and appear willing to go the extra mile. My flat was on the market very quickly (I accepted an offer within a couple of days) and they helped me get the best price. I can't recommend them highly enough. Huge thanks to Avard.

GoogleI was having trouble selling my property in the autumn of 2018 & the guys at Avards instantly improved the number of viewings consistently. They introduced a more professional photographer & improved my Rightmove advert by understanding me & what I was trying to achieve. They are very easy to get on with, reliable and are proactive to work with you to sell your property for the mutual benefit for all concerned. 100% recommend!

GoogleAvard have been fantastic throughout the whole process of selling our flat. They have always communicated with us and kept us fully informed with regular updates, and the photos they took of our flat were excellent. The sale was complicated but Gary and everyone else at the office have really helped us get through to exchange of contracts. I will definitely recommend Avard to anyone selling a property in Brighton.

I bought a house through them recently and Gary pulled out all the stops to make the process flow as quickly and smoothly as possible. Buying a house can be tricky at times. These guys remained calm and genuine with great communication throughout the whole process. I'd use them again for sure.

GoogleThis company is to be avoided. They use bully boy tactics to intimidate clients. They act in only their own best interests with no concern for the people they traumatise. AVARD ... crooks.

We will be very happy to discuss and resolve any issues a customer has. GoogleCommunication is good while they are selling but poor after. Property not checked before completion, furniture left for removal at sellers expense etc.
Dear Emma I have seen you recent review and as you said we kept all parties updated and yourself with good communication through the purchase of your property, we offered to drop keys off to yourself which was the other side of Brighton as you could not get to the office on day of completion so you had them. Agents as a rule do not check the property on the day as the vendor is moving out and you would be moving in. The vendor would confirm with their solicitor the property would be vacant, cleared and cleaned. You made us aware two months later after you moved in that you had some issues and we still tried to help and resolve them for you. We are disappointed with your review as we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and we are still here to help you if you require us to. Kind regards Gavin Pope(Partner)
