GoogleIt has been some time now, but Avard were brilliant when both buying our property in 2001 and selling in 2018. I found them helpful and honest (two words usually not associated with estate agents). Ok, other agents thought they could sell for 50k more, but doubt it would have happened. We had a problem when the sale fell through last minute. Gary and the team pulled out all the stops and got a buyer with z better offer in no time.

From our very first conversation, I felt completely at ease speaking to them. They were not only knowledgeable and efficient but also incredibly understanding and empathetic. Their aftercare service has also been exemplary, by far and away the best estate agents I have ever worked with (and I’ve worked with quite a few!). They are such a friendly group as well, 5 full stars well earned.

GoogleWe used Avard to purchase a property in Kemptown. From start to finish Gary and the team were efficient, pleasant and quick to respond. What has been an incredibly challenging sale with our own buyers, they couldn't have been more understanding and helpful! We only wish we had the other estate agent in London, solicitors and buyers have the same approach! It's a wonderful property and we are so pleased we got here eventually!! GoogleGreat company to deal with. We recently sold our property with Avard's and from day one they provided great service. We met Gary who was brilliant, for a valuation on the property and dealt with him all the way through the process. The communication we had with him was excellent, he called with regular updates and was so helpful with guiding us through the whole process and giving advice that made the whole thing really easy. Unlike most estate agents I worked with prior to this, Avard seem to prioritise both the buyer's and seller's needs so that everyone felt happy with all outcomes. They also went the extra mile at every turn, including every time I asked for access to the flat prior to completion (for measuring spaces etc.) and for helping me organise quotes for repairs.
