'Our first impression of Gary was that he was honest and reliable and that he would do all he could to enable our purchase to go through, even though it took some time for us to find a proceedable buyer for the property we were selling in order to downsize. Just found a lovely place to rent with Avard Lettings. Gary Cloherty showed me the flat and was friendly from the start. He listened to me and really did everything to help me through the letting process to get the home that was perfect for me. Once secured, in he responded immediately to my questions about the property and landlord. Gary gave the impression that he genuinely cared about getting the right tenant for the landlord's rental. He was flexible with the application process, allowing me to complete documentation when I could, advising me if I asked. I've rented several properties over the years and Avard have been the most straightforward, stress free letting agents I've rented with. I cannot rate or recommend Avard estate agents highly enough! After my mum passed away in December they have dealt with the sale of the house from the beginning. Both members of staff with whom I have had dealings have been open, honest, friendly and approachable at all times. Gary Cloherty is a legend! He is an excellent communicator, very knowledgeable and so helpful. It has been some time now, but Avard were brilliant when both buying our property in 2001 and selling in 2018. I found them helpful and honest (two words usually not associated with estate agents). Ok, other agents thought they could sell for 50k more, but doubt it would have happened. We had a problem when the sale fell through last minute. Gary and the team pulled out all the stops and got a buyer with z better offer in no time.

Gary and Gavin were nothing but wonderful throughout the entirety of the house buying process. Unlike most estate agents I worked with prior to this, Avard seem to prioritise both the buyer's and seller's needs so that everyone felt happy with all outcomes.
