GoogleMr Matthew is terribly unprofessional and rude. I’m a Mortgage Adviser and he used abusive words over the phone which was recorded. I am going to raise a complain to ombudsman about this business who doesn’t follow business ethics. Stay away from this business.

GoogleAdrian provided a good service. The most disappointing experience was being pressured to use the Estate Agent's recommended solicitor, PCS Legal, as they were the absolute worst. Matthew provided an atrocious level of customer service on the handful of times I had the unfortunate experience of talking to him when Adrian was unavailable.

GoogleReal scam artists! First they tell you it’s a blind auction and then they call you to tell you someone had already offered above the asking price, so you have to increase your offer if you want the property. On top of that they also charge a fee to buyers purchasing property. I mean who does that?! I don’t recommend them at all.

Despite leaving them multiple voicemails, texts and emails after putting forward your offer, they were very slow in replying to us and without hearing back from them and them making a final decision, we were unable to proceed any further. GoogleIncredibly untrustworthy Estate Agent. I called to book in a viewing on a property and was asked to provide detailed information about cash deposits and broker/bank providers. None of which is legally required to view a property. Upon questioning I was told 'it was company policy'. Why on Earth would I share the intimate details of my mortgage when I don't even know if I am interested in this property. Just another Estate Agent racket trying to get as much money as they can. Good luck to all those attempting to sell with these guys they are cutting off real potential buyers.

Googleeverything from registration through to completion was handled professionally politely and ran very smooth. any queries or questions were answered extremely quickly to make the sale ran as smooth as possible. once having an offer accepted I dealt mainly with David who I was more than happy with when dealing with our purchase. we did have a few hiccups along the way but were managed above expectations and was resolved very quickly. overall we was happy with the service we received from both Bill and David and the other guys in the team.

GoogleFrom the initial meeting with Matthew, to the viewings and the sale process everyone I dealt with at Aston Fox was friendly, helpful and professional. I was kept updated throughout the viewings and then the sale process ensuring it was moving smoothly and any issues that arose were dealt with efficiently. I would definitely recommend using Aston Fox.
