Honestly, I walked into ARQ Homes expecting nothing but an owner who would look at me angrily and either tell me to go away or just make an excuse to make me leave. However, I couldn’t be more wrong. I went to the owner, and all my negative expectations were shattered. He was not annoyed at all, but rather, he genuinely looked interested in what I had to say. I was super nervous, had a shaky voice, and was having a really hard time articulating my words thinking, "What if he gets angry?" But not for even once did he look upset. Not for once did I feel that he was getting annoyed of me. Rather, he started appreciating me for my efforts. He was so friendly and approachable that towards the end, my introvert nature was almost gone, and I remember getting to a point where my voice wasn’t shaky anymore, and I started talking with him freely and even shaking hands. That was the best experience I had! Abs is gifted with the virus of positive energy. If you go to him and talk to him, you will come out with an unstoppable smile. The positivity from him is so contagious. I actually went to Abs to ask for 10 to 15 minutes of his time for my project. I tried to go to other places as well, but most business owners made excuses and straight away rejected to give me only 10 minutes of their time. But I can’t tell how generous Abs was with his time, which I will be forever grateful for. Despite his busy schedule, he allowed me to interview him for 1 hour and 15 minutes! In fact, he had an appointment and was supposed to come late. Yet when I went there, despite him not being in the office, he hurried, and within a few minutes came into the office just for me. In a world where everyone nowadays only helps others if they see a selfish benefit behind that help, Abs is so different. For the 1 hour 45 mins, he didn’t ask me anything in exchange. He was extremely patient. He donated his precious 1 hour 15 mins to keep my heart. Abs is super humble too. When I asked him for his vision of the future, unlike other people where everyone wants more and more, he said he just wants to keep doing whatever he’s doing. This business is his passion; he has spent 22 years in this profession. And he wants to keep giving clients the most professional and the most amazing service, thriving to be the best agent anyone has ever seen. I was really impressed with this. It really showed me that Abs is a true entrepreneur, who genuinely cares about providing the best of the best service and value! There is a saying, "What goes around comes around." And I hope for all the good deeds Abs has done, he gets even more in return. Thanks for everything, Abs. Thanks for taking the time out for me and giving me those strong pieces of advice I needed. When looking for a property to buy. I now have learnt the importance of buying it from a Estate agent who know what they are doing. Anyone can Introduce you to property online however, to manage the purchase, have the property experience and be genuinely caring to both parties is a crucial! I orginally was buying something else before I came across the one I went for via ARQ Homes. I know Abs is local. I asked a few friends about him and they said good things about him. However when I was dealing with him, I could see how he cares and is ensures fairness to all, at all times. (Fairness to both Seller and Buyer). Guidance is important otherwise the sale can be lost and I’m grateful for Abs advice throughout. I know they were times when he even said his head wasn’t right after losing his dad. Yet, never did he ever delay in responding to any enquiry that I put his way. I can see why they get their 5 stars and deservedly so. The review is grossly unfair and inaccurate. As you left the office during the discussion, we could not continue.

I met with a few agents in East Ham when I decided to sell my house, but Ali from Arq Homes stood out due to his attention to detail, and his knowledge of the local area and it's properties. Sometimes it's easy to go with a big name company with multiple offices, but I felt that East Ham requires agents that really know the area, and there must be a reason ARQ have five star reviews. These guys are all local, and know the area and community well. Ali was very honest and upfront about everything, and suggested we try a 6 week contract, and was at no stage pushy. Even in a challenging market, they found us a buyer at a decent price and within a few months the house sale is all done and dusted. I highly recommend using ARQ Homes. Buyers must read my review. You may think it’s easy buying a house. I did. Then I learnt it’s so stressful. I initially tried through an estate agents and was led to believe I was messed about. I later realised they didn’t do they’re due diligence and it proved costly to me. Second time around I saw a property via ARQ Homes that’s when I came across Abdul. I have yet to meet him. I will. Everything was done via email and on the phone. He promised me he was different, professional, had years of experience and his reviews speak for themselves- and to trust him. I did. And omg! I found him to be just what I needed. He does everything for you. It’s like having a friend holding your hand through your purchase. I know as I met the Sellers that they feel the same way about him. He managed to get my mortgage offer extended when my own mortgage broker said it was impossible. I had to fly abroad and I left the chain issues with him with a set deadline. And he achieved it. I couldn’t believe what he’s done. Someone with a lesser ability and I would have lost time/ money. He helped my family get our dream home and it’s for that reason we’re writing this reviewEven whilst his dad was in hospital Abdul has been messaging me bed side. While spending time with himself and his team at the ARQ office I could see that the company is not only driven to make sure every person that enters the door gets the best service they could receive, but also make sure everyone around the neighbouring areas are looked after as well. Never play poker with Abdul he will be holding all the cards. He makes sure your sale goes through, nothing is left to chance. We had our own challenges Abdul was they to guide us all the way. Even when his elderly Father was poorly in the London hospital, he would still be around for us, giving us the support we needed. Home buying-selling is stressful but this is where Abdul and his team excel and make sure they are good lines of communication between all parties, My wife like his enthusiasm. We soon found we had a lot in common. I visit Richard House on its open day in the summer. We saw ARQ Homes were selling a property in East Ham on a road which we would have loved to live on. We learnt that the company also inspires house renovations and this property was their project. We knew we had to view this house. Upon the viewing we met Abdul the owner of the agency and the designer of the place. He was so easy to deal with and when my wife told him she would love to buy the house he agreed as he wanted the home to go to a family. Even when another buyer made a higher bid after us, he declined it. He kept his word with us. It was so lovely to see such a principled person. He was so patient with us arranging our finances and always bought calm to the buying process. It’s just so nice to do business with a person who has the same mindset as us.
