Dear Victoria, thank you for writing the review and I am sorry you feel so unhappy. However, having looked into the matter that happened several months ago, your version of events differs from ours. Greenaway Residential were originally instructed to find tenants for 17 parking spaces (we never actually acquired any). On this basis our colleague canvassed the area to find interested parties. A list of interested parties was drawn up and presented to our clients for them to make a decision on and then give us further instructions. Our client then reduced the number of spaces available from 17 to only 5. Based on their decision they advised us to speak to people on the list and the first five people to pay the deposit got to reserve them. As per our client’s instructions everyone was called and the instructions were passed on to everyone that answered their phones. All five available parking spaces were snapped up within less than an hour. I am sorry you did not make it in time, but this was beyond our control, and we have to take clients instructions. We did not make any decisions, the client did, and we acted accordingly. Everyone was given an equal opportunity. I am sorry that our client’s decision meant you missed out on this opportunity, but we will certainly keep you in mind for any future spaces that become available. Best wishes, Darren Greenaway
