Ciaran helped us with re-letting our property and provided professional guidance throughout the process. He was quick to respond to any queries we had and we appreciated his honesty when advising us. This efficiency helped us to turn the property around quickly from our previous tenants and to find new occupiers for the date we needed at the required rent. Overall, a great service that met all our expectations.

TrustpilotExcellent Sales Progressors!
As first time buyers we were very grateful to have a superb Sales Progressor (Julie Bramble) who took care of multiple parties during a complex set of circumstances. Communication was excellent throughout and we felt well informed at all times even when solicitors weren't being particularly helpful!
Hi Gary,Thank-you for your kind words about our Senior Sales Progressor, Julie. I will be sure to pass your comments along.Kind regards,Neil PiperOperations Director

TrustpilotGreat Estate Agent
Heidi did such a good job with my sale. At times you wonder why the fee is so high but I've seen the hard work put in to first sell our village to our buyers and then through a protracted sale process, keep them on board and engaged until we were able to close a deal. In a difficult market you need patience and a good agent!

TrustpilotEast Grinstead branch AVOID
East Grinstead branch, We were selling, AVOID we are making a official complaint, absolute shambles they are rude, they lie a lot, thats on the odd occasion they actually respond to a query, I really could go on and on, but my advice is steer well clear....
Dear DawnThank you for taking the time to leave a review for us and we are disappointed to read your comments that you have not had a positive experience whilst selling your property. We fully appreciate that selling a property can be an anxious and stressful event and we would hope to assist in reducing the stress during this time. It is of course increasingly stressful anytime there are additional special measures required as was the case with your sale. It is disappointing that despite finding you a proceedable buyer, the sale of your property did not come to fruition on this occasion. We apologise if our communication and response times were longer than you had expected. We do endeavour to get back to customers in a timely manner however we are sorry if this was not always your experience. We wish you the very best with the future marketing of your property and would welcome the opportunity to work with you again in an effort to restore faith and demonstrate how important customer satisfaction is to us.If you have any further queries or you would like to discuss your case further, please do not hesitate to contact us at customer.relations@arunestates.co.uk or on 01702 540802.Kind regardsCubitt & West
