Ciaran Street has been absolutely amazing in sorting everything out for my move. I haven’t even moved in yet but am honestly so impressed with the level of service he has provided. Even when there was an issue with the meter in the new property Ciaran done everything possible to sort this out and his communication was fantastic. It is hard to find such incredible customer service and he is the best I have ever dealt with.

GoogleI want to thank all the staff at Cubit and West. A big shot to Cailean and Brendon. It can be quite intense, shall we say, selling your home, and the calm considerate understanding of all the staff was amazing. They have a great set up with a good business structure and each staff member really knows their job. They checked in with me regularly and acting in our best interest through out the whole process. I would recommend them to all my friends confidently.

GoogleI have been trying to buy a home for the past two year and was shown a few properties by Brendan Simmons at the east Grinstead branch. I thought he was too young to be helpful in my search but he proved me wrong. He took the time to first ensure he understood my requirements, asked relevant questions and only shared properties that he knew I would like to see. On visits he pointed out issues so that may put me off but offered solutions to overcome these as well. Whilst I found a property with another agent in a different location, I had to say the service and support Brendan provided was second to non and I only wished he was covering the area I have now purchased in. He deserves to be training the wider team on service as his customer service was impeccable. If you are seeking a property in East Grinstead ask for Brendan.

I recently sold my house and chose Cubitt and West to market it. The sales team was brilliant in putting the plan together and market it. I recieved offer on the first open day itself that I accepted. Post offer process was where Heather followed up with all parties and progressed the sale. Heather kept me informed all the time as well. I am glad I didn't go with self help model of selling via website as there is a lot of chading and follow ups required post offer acceptence that was done by Cubitt and West team.

Myself and my boyfriend are first time buyers and didn’t really know much about the process of buying a house . I can’t thank the girls enough, especially Amelia, Maddy and Louisa, who were always so friendly and caring when speaking to me . I never once felt like I was asking a silly question they always made me feel valued and relaxed. It was really nice to know they were routing for us as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at buying or selling. Overall I found the whole process of my house sale with Cubitt and West a straight forward experience (thankfully) with great customer service from all people involved in the branch.I have to say, it was a very stressful process as I was also trying to purchase a new house to move on to, however none of the stress was as a result of anything from anyone at Cubitt and West and in fact they made it easier for me to understand the steps along the way of the process and tried their very best to chase up enquiries for me, to make things move faster.I cannot recommend the team enough (Julie Bramble, Mo Hussain and Zoey), all were very lovely people and very helpful and I would always consider using them again for a house sale (not that I am now planning to move again anytime soon!!) ;)

I would leave less than 1 star if I could.I have rented over 10 properties from a variety of estate agents and I have never had a worse experience than Cubitt & West. When we moved in, the property had not been cleaned since we had a viewing, with 3 dead wasps in the bathroom, dust everywhere. A 'builders clean' had not been carried out.We emailed our property manager a few weeks after moving in and instantly got passed on to his assistant property manager, we never heard from him again.There was an ongoing issue with the bins and bin collection at the start of the tenancy, but Cubitt & West provided no support in contacting the council to address this.The inventory checklist included the wrong meter serial numbers, which lead to an ongoing issue with the energy provider (wasting multiple needless hours on the phone).We had severe issues with our neighbours due to noise and Cubitt & West were unresponsive and unhelpful on the matter, essentially saying they couldn't do anything to help us and it was out of their hands. We provided several evidenced claims that our neighbour was breaching her contract, but we were not able to speak directly with the landlord and Cubitt & West refused us this access. We believe they were not raising the issue properly with the landlord and didn't stress the severity of the matter with the landlord. They provided no advice on how we could address the issue effectively. We spoke to a specialist solicitor for advice who said Cubitt & West failed in their duties to provide us with relevant and helpful advice and he was shocked to hear how they had been reacting to our issues. It was only after we contacted our neighbours estate agents that anything was addressed.

I used the Horley branch. It was 8 months of hell. They set up my sale twice on a wing and a prayer, doomed to fail, causing unnecessary stress and financial loss, they withheld vital information from me until the point of no return on several occasions, breached all codes of practice, had no urgency to facilitate a smooth sale whatsoever, this was left to me. They have a very misleading set up. There is no redress for complaint because they refuse to take any responsibility. They do not belong to any proper governing body, only the Property Ombudsman which is a waste of time because they protect the agent, not the client. Don't go there, never again.

All of the team in the Cranleigh office were efficient and hugely helpful - in particular Kerry-Ann. It also made an enormous difference having a designated Sale Coordinator in Lindy Cunningham, who was on top of the whole transaction from end to end and dealt with all solicitors and agents.
