Renting out a flat

We used Cubitt & West to rent out our flat in Littlehampton, can honestly say we've had absolutely no issues with the whole process moving ahead very quickly, from finding a tenant to getting the tenancy agreement set up, it's been an incredibly smooth process. The majority of the correspondence and information was passed through Marcus Farrow who was able to answer all and any queries and we are very grateful for his quick replies to emails and how stress free the whole process was

Cubitt & West, Southsea

I cannot praise Maddison & Claire at Cubitt & West highly enough. Despite the fact that our circumstances did not allow us to proceed beyond getting our house valued, Maddison and Claire were super helpful and professional. What shines through is their enthusiasm for what they do and we would definitely feel confident in using their services again.

We had a burst water main and although we ended up without water for a week and risk of it being turned off again after a weekend of it being on and still leaking, Sadie at the management hub was and has continued to be really amazing. She was sympathetic, empathetic and everything she set out to do, in order to resolve the problem she did. She chased landlords, contractors and even provided me with information on who else to contact to get the matter resolved.5 star rating from me. She checks in and makes sure it's all still ok even months after the incident.

Fantastic team

When it came to selling our house in Billingshurst we wouldn’t chose any other Estate Agent but Cubitt&West in Pulborough! Martin and his team are fantastic from valuation, superb marketing from Kirsty and great follow up and communication from Nick. Thank you to all of you, we would recommend you to everyone!

DISAPPOINTED is an understatement

We are extremely disappointed with Cubitt&West East Grinstead Branch. After 12 months of stringing us along with 2 different sets of buyer that never reached a conclusion we changed agents and have just completed our sale, Cubitt&West had the cheek to charge us half the commision on the sale as they said we were still under contract to them despite giving them notice 6 months earlier! Not only that but charged us on the asking price not the price the house sold for which was a difference of £75000 pounds, we had agreed 1% but they argued it was a fixed price but that was not what we agreed at the time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS and check your agreement. Extremely unprofessional behaviour.

Great Service

Robin, the Estate Agent gave great service showing us around soon to be new home! Julie, the Senior Sales Progressor went above and beyond with continued communication and made sure all forms were ready for completion. All in all a great service from start to finish.

I have been looking for a house for the last 6 months and Ceejay is continuously sending through properties that meet my requirements - but sadly they just aren't right for us. I'm so pleased he hasn't given up on my pickiness and I am sure in the new year he will find us the perfect home. Thanks Ceejay.

Mediocre

Despite a very convincing hard sale, with promise of above market service, it was all very mediocre. There was poor copper action with our requests in the marketing material. The open day was managed by very junior, inexperienced staff. A worse if all the verbally agreed price with the branch manager was not the final demand. The advert 'no added extras' was not applied as they added a marketing charge to the agreed price. This company is not worth the extra cost. Mediocre at best. Avoid .
