Really poor experience with Allan & Harris Roath. I had a house valuation booked, and because I’m away on business, a family member took half a day off work to attend. Just a few hours before the appointment, they cancelled by email with no phone call, no proper explanation, and no attempt to rearrange.

That’s is me again. After a very stressful negotiation with this company we decided to continue in the purchase of the apartment and couldn’t be worst. After a lack of information in the home report that builds with more than 4 floors bead to have lift by new regulations and just a few lenders accept to mortgage apartments in 5 floors without lift we got one. Lender tried 3 times to organise the service but Alen and Harris have not organised the appointment so they came to us telling the seller will put apartment back to market. Terrible service,terrible organisation, terrible customer service. Maybe now they will sell to their friend.

GoogleCan’t speak highly enough of AK and his team, we had a few set backs further down the chain when moving but AK jumped on it and sorted things out every time. GoogleWe bought our first home this year with support from AK. AK was extremely professional, efficient and thorough. He helped us secure a larger AIP amount as we were inputting some financial information wrong. When we found the property we wanted to buy, AK went above and beyond to not only secure us a good rate, but also followed up meticulously with the sellers estate agents, sorting a few issues with the paperwork required really promptly, which allowed us to go from offer accepted to move date in less than 2 months. AK also sorted all out insurances out for a great price and fantastic levels of cover. He was always at the end of the phone for my endless list of first time buyer questions and I could not have been happier with the service. If you are questioning whether to use a broker, definitely do as it has made our buying process a breeze. Could not recommend enough and well worth the fee. 10/10.

GoogleWas a bit lost at the beginning of my journey in May to find a home as a first time buyer. Once I met AK from Allen & Harris the whole process sped up one viewing followed the other. And by 1st of July I got to move in to my new own place. I’m so happy with how all the journey went, they helped me understand all the different legal stuff and stood by my side all the way till I got the keys. What a great experience we had selling our parents’ house. Allen and Harris were totally professional and took all the hassle out of selling a property which is 2 ½ hours away from me. The Matterport walkthrough showed the house beautifully. Allen & Harris did all the viewings - 15 in the space of 2 weeks - and secured a great price for us. They were friendly, respectful and kept us informed at all times. This was the Paisley office - a great team!
