We used Allan and Harris’ mortgage advisor service. The lovely Alanna Docherty helped us with honestly everything for buying our new house. She was amazing we could not fault her. She really went above and beyond and as for many people, all the things that come with buying the house can be very confusing but Alana explained everything so well and just made the whole process stress free to be honest. She always answered any messages or query’s quick and was always so friendly and polite. Her knowledge is great as well. We are so happy with the service provided and cannot recommend Alana enough. GoogleI met this vibrant and gold hearted individual when my family was desperately in need of a house to rent. We walked up to Allen & Harris Estate Agent, Albany office where myself and wife spoke to one of the great staffs of the agency in person of Harry even though we were woefully disappointed in one of the staffs ways of approach in another branch of the same organizations but Mr Harry, displayed a high sense of responsibility by putting the interest of his employer's first.
Meeting him was like a student to his or her lecturer. He calmed us down by ensuring that he will in his official and legally approved means getting us a house and he did through her office.
At this juncture, I recommend Allen & Harris to anyone willing to secure a property to buy or rent to visit the Albany and ask for this energetic man who is also committed in serving his organization.
And to the management of Allen & Harris, I congratulate you for having one of the world best and loyal staff to represent you.

Being a first time seller I was unsure of the process however Allen and Harris made a daunting experience an easy one for me.
I would like to thank Ross Picken (Branch Manager) in particular for all his help and guidance throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble for Ross who provided a first class service giving useful advice and keeping me informed each step of the way. His knowledge of the estate agency world is clear and he is a credit to Allen and Harris.

They assured me it was a good tenant. When I received the referencing it turned out she wasn't earning enough to pay the rent, had lied about her job and salary, had seven addresses in eight years. I only learned this three days before she was supposed to move in. I stopped the deal and decided to sell. Allen and Harris still want their fee. The demand is £300 more than on the contract. Total incompetence.

GoogleCouldn’t recommend AK enough. We were first time buyers and had issues with getting a mortgage. We went to AK and he genuinely had our best interests and heart and done everything possible to get us a mortgage offer. If it hadn’t of been for AK we would not have gotten our mortgage offer, as we had been told by another mortgage advisor that they couldn’t help us. We spent two hours with AK and we had a mortgage offer within a week. Wish we had of been referred to AK from the beginning as it would of saved us a lot of stress and hassle. The service he provides throughout the process is exceptional, he’s always available to answer any questions and you never have to chase for updates as he provides them as soon as they happen. Biggest thanks to AK for all the help.
