I had a deeply disappointing experience with O’Riordan Bond. After applying to rent a property and attending a viewing, I was informed that my application had been successful. I was asked to pay the deposit, which I did promptly, and I completed all the required paperwork and referencing without any issues.

Really pushy agent who persuaded me to ignore my buildings report and supplied me with a roofers report of a roofer of the agent's knowing, stating the roof of the house I was buying was fine, when now that I'm in the house it turns out the builder report was right, the whole lot is rotten and needs replacing ASAP. Then they pushed the sale threatening that it falls through and with this forcing my hand and so ending negotiations.

Facebookfirst time I have rented and could not view when I wanted and the second viewing they didn't have the keys. no apology just didn't care. asked for it be cleaned before I moved in and was in an absolute awful state. my friends who helped me move in spent a couple of hours just basic cleaning so I could bring my stuff in. since then and many requests they won't clean. the flat smells and the 8 large ventian blinds are sticky filthy with years of dirt on them and when asked to clean they agreed first sending someone to clean 3 small ones, meaning she couldn't to them and had to come back, then corona meant she couldn't return. absolutely disgusting. the oven didn't work and took 3 weeks to replace but no refund due it seems!! never return calls never answer calls and I am stuck here for 5 months. I would rather get corona than what I might catch in this Flat!!!!! awful landlords and whoever is paying them to manage this flat is wasting there money !!!!!
O'Riordan Bond are without doubt the worst property lettings agency I have ever come across

FacebookIt’s been a long 6 months with plenty of bumps along the way, however Rebecca saw it through right until the very end and managed to get us exchanged at 2 minutes to 5 on a Friday evening. I am a investor looking to purchase a property. Emailed to arrange a viewing for a property week ago. No response for over one week. Called last week to to arrange a viewing and spoke to a girl. I was advised that she will arrange a viewing but not got back to me 4 days gone. phoned on Saturday no one to pick up the phones. gets an automated message to leave a message but the mail box is full.

FacebookSold my house instantly, Becky Lawson has been brilliant and kept us in the loop the whole way, all through the difficult times! (There were a lot) and it became very stressful Becky did all she could to help and she kept us more informed than the solicitors. I can not recommend her enough. FacebookAdele sold our house in 3 days!!! Price was pretty good too! We had only been there for 3 years and my father died so we decided to buy his house in Duston from the family as it was a little bit bigger. I would certainly use them again ( hopefully don’t want to move ever) and would recommend them most strongly.

Extremely unprofessional lettings agent, staff need to be retrained! I travelled 2.5 hours in the rain to view this property, I called their offices to let them know I was running slightly late, was advised by their staff member that it was absolutely fine as the lettings negotiator Alana had no appointments after mine. I reached the property and stood in the rain knocking for 15 mins and called office over 7 times! NO NASWERwhen I finally got through to them, they lied about our previous discussion and told me nothing would be done!Horrible service by this company, I WOULD DEFINITELY AVOID AND USE ANOTHER AGENT!

Absolute shambles of a company, please avoid especially if you are a tenant, they couldn't give a monkeys about you! We had the dis pleasure of living in a house they were the letting agents of for 3 long years, and I have never experienced such abysmal customer service and as many people who are completely incompetent at every level! We reported faults on the property countless times only to be ignored time and time again, then when we did chase them up over the phone they only come back at you with attitude or laughter, say they are going to call you back and then never do, nothing ever got fixed in our house and i have been waiting to write this review for so long, they pass the buck every time and do nothing to help you, i could go on all day about how bad they are. Not sure if they have too many customers or they are just all terrible at their jobs but either way i would not use them if they were the last estate agents on earth. Not deserved of 1 star, should get 0.

Just spoke t the lettings people in Weston Favell, Northampton. I had made email enquiries to view a property for rent and filled in their form for details. Had heard nothing back, not even an acknowledgement so called. Had to provide the details again. We do not meet their requirements as we have not been back in the UK for very long and they could not consider an alternative arrangement to tax returns. The bit that upset me is when I said that we should then not look at properties they have I did not even get a ok goodbye, the agent just hung up the phone. Terrible thing to do whatever you think of the person on the other end and I was just being direct.

FacebookAbsolutely fantastic experience. We had a buyer and had put an offer in on a house we wanted when our buyer pulled out. The O'Riordan team really pulled out all the stops and secured us another buyer within 8 days. They then went on to work very hard progressing this end of the chain so that we didnt lose the house we were purchasing as the seller needed to move fast. They kept us informed throughout and just really went 'beyond'. I can't recommend them enough, I wish they covered the area I've moved to as I would most definitely use them again. Brilliant team, thank you.

This company are the worst. They try to undersell in price to pass on to the builders or other clients . When you move to another estate agent to sell your property, they put the property back on the market you had agreed to buy from a builder whom hasn’t been in that position before. Then you sell for 30,000 more and wonder what is happening. Like the property a few house down a 5 bedroom they under valued , disgusting. They have a high turnover of staff whom they treat awfully . When we moved to our new estate agents they had a terrible trouble with Oriordan bonds . Disgraceful behaviour. NEVER GO TO THEM they are the cowboy of Estate agents in Northampton
