FacebookAbsolutely fantastic experience. We had a buyer and had put an offer in on a house we wanted when our buyer pulled out. The O'Riordan team really pulled out all the stops and secured us another buyer within 8 days. They then went on to work very hard progressing this end of the chain so that we didnt lose the house we were purchasing as the seller needed to move fast. They kept us informed throughout and just really went 'beyond'. I can't recommend them enough, I wish they covered the area I've moved to as I would most definitely use them again. Brilliant team, thank you.

This company are the worst. They try to undersell in price to pass on to the builders or other clients . When you move to another estate agent to sell your property, they put the property back on the market you had agreed to buy from a builder whom hasn’t been in that position before. Then you sell for 30,000 more and wonder what is happening. Like the property a few house down a 5 bedroom they under valued , disgusting. They have a high turnover of staff whom they treat awfully . When we moved to our new estate agents they had a terrible trouble with Oriordan bonds . Disgraceful behaviour. NEVER GO TO THEM they are the cowboy of Estate agents in Northampton

Facebookthe team East Hunsbury branch went all the way on helping us sell and buy a home. it's wasn't a smooth ride but the team kept us informed what was going on. Helen, the after care consultant was even on hand after completion helping us with our new house.

They will tell you anything to sell a property including lies. They told me there was an allocated parking space and after buying the property, I realised that there isn't. Always check the details with a proper solicitor, not a conveyancer, don't believe a word of what they tell you or what is said on their adverts.

Very unprofessional and disgraceful company with no regards to a good customer service.I had a pre-scheduled viewing then someone else was being showed around the property first whilst I was at the address ahead of time. Letting agent conducted himself in an unsuitable manner. Stalled the whole process for over two days after I paid holding fee and then I was lied to and told landlords provided alternative instructions when in reality they let the property with someone else. Office staff constantly contradicting themselves, tangling in their own lies, showing complete disregard to a customer, lacking integrity and moral code. It is appalling companies like this are still operating.

TrustpilotFRAUDS AND LIARS BOND
I wish I could 0 or even less stars for these frauds. They are scammers. Told us at the last moment that we cannot move into the property and we were on the verge of becoming homeless. The staffs are liars and so as their managers. Luckily we managed to get away from these scammers. I will moving to file a legal case on them anyway. Dont know how they are even allowed to operate into the UK.

TrustpilotMoving out because of their scam attempts
If you are a tenant, avoid them at all costs. They have several times made requests that contradicted my tenancy agreement and current law. I was forced to get independent legal advice since they misinformed me of the law so persistently. They will only stop to harass you when they understand that you are aware of your legal rights.We have served notice to move somewhere else nearby. Yes, we go through the hassle of moving just to not have to deal with this agency anymore. They are ridiculous. If you are a landlord, you should probably avoid them at all costs as well.

FacebookRebecca and Sophia at the earls Barton branch spent nearly eight months working on selling my property and the purchase of my new home. It was a very tricky negotiation but they persevered to source my dream home.They never got frustrated with my dumb questions and guided me through the whole process, and Sophia also makes a lovely cuppa.

FacebookTook 6 weeks for them to return our deposit. We had to chase them up daily as Annette offered the worse customer service i’ve ever experienced. They say they will call back in 10 mins... but they never do, soagain the next day we’re chasing them£1200 is not loose change, so trying to get it back for over 6 week period was very stressful! So the review is very much justified. We contacted the property ombudsman to lodge a complaint and we will follow this up during the coming days.New tenants keep a keen eye, as OB try to deduct money for items that weren’t in the property! Very disappointed with this agency.
