GoogleAs a landlord, I found Fiona and the Winkworth lettings team to be exceptionally helpful and efficient. They found consistently excellent tenants, managed the property well and when it was sold Charles (who's no longer with the branch) was also proactive and helpful, achieving an excellent price.

Been using Winkworth for 7 or 8 years to rent and manage a flat and am more than happy with the service provided. Always on top of any issues and have been able to rent the place quickly when needed.

Unacceptable fees for those letting and unreasonable inventory charges. The sooner the bill intended to protect tenants from the likes of Winkworths the better as far as I can see. £90 admin fee and £240 for a checkout inventory automatically deducted from a deposit x
