They always say that they can do nothing.So disappointed with it. I cannot checkout and get my deposit back. I feel very disappointed and upset. My suggestion is, NEVER USE IT!!!

GoogleDo not use. Hold your deposit to ransom and the inspection agency they use are incredibly rude/disrespectful. After complaining about working on s Saturday they began to abuse and belittle the cleaner!!!!! Avoid!!!!!!!

"They really do their best to make people cry". The most rude, blunt, unprofessional and money grabbing agency I have ever come across with. Don't fall in trap!!
