They told me the seller would consider offers within my budget, but then once I’d been to view it and showed interest they said the seller wanted more than my budget. Complete waste of a 3 hour round-trip during a pandemic with no explanation or apology.

GoogleHad an absolutely fantastic experience arranging a viewing on short notice with Alistair at Savill, who happily showed us two properties over the weekend, on his own time! His thoughtful advice regarding good locations and recent legislation on private renting was also highly appreciated. Couldn't recommend enough!

It’s been 25 days since we moved out of our rental. The landlord quickly agreed to a full deposit return. Savills still has our £4K, 17 days after it was removed from the deposit scheme. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not communicate, take responsibility or act proactively

What a waste of space. Trying to transfer a lease as I want to sell my business. 6 to 7 months gone and even they haven't contacted the landlord. Excuses after excuses.

GoogleWe are using Savills (Ealing) to rent out our house, the team in Ealing have been amazing (Paul, Younus, Sophie) from the start. They have assisted us in finding our current tenants (along the way they have vetted and subsequently rejected a potential tenant and has saved us a world of trouble!), they have also been managing the property and ensuring that all remedial works has been done prior to the new tenants moving in. They have kept us up to date every step of the way. I will not hesitate to recommend the Savills team at Ealing.

GoogleI have been bowled over by the level of service from Savills Ealing. I can say I've never had such good service from anyone, let alone an estate agent! Emails and calls were always answered immediately, everyone went beyond the call of duty to help me, everything went smoothly, problems were sorted wit minimum fuss. Basically they did everything, I had to do nothing. Professional yet personable. I feel very safe and secure that my property and my income are in good hands.
