Awful company who destroy any property site they manage through over inflated service charges and bad management. If these people manage a building you live in, move out.

There are many claims made by estate agents - they're famous for that but negotiating skills are another level. Charlie Knapp showed such skills and I would recommend him and his company without hesitation.

GoogleGreat experience with Savills Ealing. Stuart Balfré was amazing throughout the whole process. Despite my solicitors been extremely useless and unprofessional. Stuart worked tirelessly with all parties to ensure everything went through to exchange. He promptly responded to messages and kept a good communication throughout the whole process. Didn't keep offers private. Tried to go back and forth between potential buyers to increase bids. Told other buyers I had offered asking price in a bid to increase sales price. I didn't think practices like this still existed. Disappointed to learn that they believe gazumping is fair.

Poor service, bidding against the wall is the norm .Beware they charge estate agent fees from the buyer and not the seller!Post sale service is poor with no response to calls, emails or texts.Consider other Auction houses which I have used with much superior service and not as costly.
