GoogleI was reluctant at the beginning to contact those big real estate agencies as I've been ripped off a while ago from one of them by the admin fees and plenty of hidden fees. After I contacted rolfe east and talked to Sasha as sales person she made everything simple and straight forward for me. I would strongly recommend this agency. Samir

GoogleI was really happy with the service of Sasha Kumari. She was professional, gentile and nice. Sasha showed to really care for what I was looking for and tried to find a solution, she showed interest for my priorities and tried to adapt and find an option that meet my needs. I would definitely want to work with her a next time.

GoogleNot great at dealing with clients. The agent I was assigned to was hard to get in contact with. Other staff say that they will ask the agent to call back but never does. It took over a week to get my holding deposit back which should have taken 3 days max. Don't waste your time!!!

GoogleWe recently moved from Oxford to Lodon, in a lovely 2 bed apt and our consultant Sasha did a really great job explaining everything to us, was very friendly and professional. She made the renting process from viewing the flat, putting the offer in, reference check and signing contract all easy and efficient. They achieved better than expected sales prices and their sales commission was very competitive. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleRented a property through Rolfe East. The agent, Gabriela, was very helpful. She was very quick, answering to any enquiry through email and then facilitating the signing of the contract. Also, at the agency everybody was very friendly. I definitely recommend them if you are looking to rent a property.

GoogleNever thought I'd have anything nice to say about an estate agent but I had no problems with these chaps in finding and securing a place to rent. Gave me honest opinions on landlords and took the time to hear out my concerns and plans too. Fair enough.
