I'd been very clear about what we wanted and asked her to try really hard not to waste my time getting me to view just for the sake of it. Of all the agents in the area we dealt with, her style was the most unexpected, but she's the one who got the results. She isn't pushy, but clearly listens to both of her client parties. She intuitively matched me up with the home owners, and I think she made a very good pairing. Genuine, honest and good interpersonal skills. Thanks Fleur. GoogleI was recently involved in helping to re-home a relative. Initially, the brief was to buy a house but that changed to finding a rental property.
Sam, Ashley and Ranj have been really kind and supportive and have been available to help at every step of the way. They have understood the brief, responded promptly and been very patient. Definitely nice people to do business with.

GoogleAWFUL AGENTS. I moved out almost three months ago and have still not received my full deposit refund. The agents paid me a random figure which was not what I originally paid in deposit. For three months I have had to chase up on their mistake and yet have received nothing, they've been super unhelpful and have had no urgency in getting this money back to me despite it being their mistake!! Useless.
I honestly would not recommend them at all.

Dear Aleesha,
May we once again remind you that you were released early from a contract you were legally bound to stay in for a much longer period of time.
Due to the fact that there were multiple tenants in the property there seemed to have been some confusion as to who had paid what percentage of the deposit, which is why you have had to wait.
May I also remind you that as you found your own replacement tenant the deposit should have been dealt with by you directly, with the incoming tenant. This was not something that Rolfe East or the landlord should be involved in resolving.
We can not release any of the monies from the deposit scheme until the end of the tenancy agreement. So you should have dealt with this when you found your replacement.
Despite all this we have once again got involved to help you resolve this with the tenant, but again we find there is a lack of appreciation or understanding on your side. I request you refrain from giving negative reviews to people who have done nothing but help you.
