GoogleWe actually found a place with another agency in the end but would approach Northfields again if we decide to move within the area in the future. Staff were helpful and efficient but didn't pressure us or exaggerate in order to close a sale. Josh listened carefully to our requirements and always followed things up - it just so happened that another flat came up in the perfect location at the right time, so that was no reflection on their service.

GoogleI can't fault Northfields in the way that they handled the sale of my property in Haven Lane. David and Kieron at Northfields on the New Broadway gave good advice and kept me informed of progress at all times. As well as liaising with the purchasers, they kept in close touch with the solicitors and generally kept the show on the road so that the whole process was as pain free as possible. And they were pleasant to deal with, which I set high value on in what is a stressful situation. I chose Northfields from my short list in the belief that their professional approach combined with an in-depth knowledge of and commitment to a small patch would serve me better than the local branch of a national chain. Not only did we get a better price than I had expected, the whole procedure from their appointment to completion took less than 4 months. in what for many is a very tough market. Thanks boys.

GoogleMy wife and I had a wonderful experience! The letting agent that was helping us finding a property to rent has been amazing. He arranged many viewings in a short period of time, he was actively looking for any new properties that were coming to market and making sure that we were the first ones to view it, but also making sure that the properties we were viewing were matching our needs. We are very happy with their service and recommend them to anyone. Thank you very much for all your hard work Josh :)

GoogleWe were so pleased when the new sales manager (Alejandro) came on to manage the sale of our property - he is professional, highly experienced and a genuinely nice guy to deal with. We live abroad and he bent over backwards to make sure it was an easy a process as possible. We are so grateful to him and his team for all their support and advice, I can't recommend them enough if you're looking to sell your property.

GoogleI used the Ealing Broadway branch to help me find a property a few weeks ago. My agent's name was Noura Mehdinejad and she was absolutely brilliant! She listened carefully to my enquiry and offered me a great selection of properties within a quick period of time. I have to say, I wasn't always the easiest to work, but she was so patient with me and didn't give up until I found somewhere I absolutely loved. I really appreciated her help and will definitely be using her Noura for my next move :)

When we got to the property they obviously did not let the tenants know and they refused us entry. Came back another day and we were finally allowed in, the property itself was fine and we did end up renting it. Thankfully we dealt directly with the landlord afterwords and things were smooth until its time to move...

No other estate agent that I dealt with matched them in any way. If you are a landlord or tenant I would recommend that you use them to find or rent a flat.
