Hi there, my name is Valeria, and I am a friend of Catherine. She rented a flat through this agency a month ago. From my side I can advise potential rental seekers agencies not to deal with this agency because they do not meet their job expectations at all. As a lawyer, I can see that there are some aspects of the contract which has not been fulfilled at all. Therefore, there is a question coming up. Why my friend paid the upfront payment without satisfying her needs at the primary level? The agency has already been given a month for dealing with all issues. However, it did not solve these problems, and therefore the investigation can take action.

We rented a studio in London for 9months through Life Residential. The treatment throughout was highly professional. The processes are clear and transparent. The staff are well-trained and very helpful. Our property was managed by Mahrokh and she was really helpful, particularly for closing out at the end the contract. I am generally very sceptical/disappointed by client services. Often there is the promise of service during the selling phase which then evaporates after the deal is done. But we were super happy with the way Mahrokh & team dealt with things from the Life Residential side.

Avoid at all cost. After signing a tenancy agreement and paying the whole thing UPFRONT! we have been having with incompetent and lazy managers and staff. Our flat was handed over a day late to start with. No apologies given. the flat was in a state! The vacuums cleaner was broken and after mentioning this we were told to purchase a new one and we will be reimbursed within a week. After many many email/phone calls/voicemail its been nearly 2 months and they still come up with excuses. it took us a visit to their head office to try and get this sorted. As stated they are lazy liars and incompetent. Just know as soon as you pay them then they will ignore you and treat you like trash.

Good evening, I am writing because of my friend Catherine, who moved to a new flat a month ago. I am very sorry to hear that she had such a bad experience with your agency. She is a student and also working at the same time, you can imagine that it is not easy to deal with everything at the same time and you make her life even harder! You have to improve your service and the staff management team, because people who do work here do not meet the expectations and therefore creates a very negative experience about Life Residential agency overall. Such a shame that you did not do anything in one month and now you are telling her that the fridge will not be changed, however before the moving date you and she agreed on this. Will never recommend your agency to anyone, disappointing.

Poor service over all !!!!

I will not suggest using them to rent out your property because of their poor service, exorbitant fees, and the fact that tenants move in after the contract is completed. They don't give a damn!. I would strongly advise renting out or selling your property somewhere else!

Currently renting with this agency. The letting team was pretty fast to agree on our conditions but the flat wasn't delivered properly (many issues reported on the inventory list were not fixed) and our conditions were not respected (the agency agreed to add an extra wardrobe before moving in but we are still waiting for it after 3 weeks living in the flat). Our property manager is not replying to our emails, after 3 attempts we still don't have any reply. I wouldn't recommend this agency to landlords as I doubt your flat will be managed properly and tenants as they aren't replying to your request in a timely manner. Very disappointed!

Not hugely impressed. Used these guys for purchase, tenancy management and subsequent sale and having dealt with close to 8 individuals over the years across various departments, I can only recommend the one. Seweryn who assisted in the sale of my flat went above and beyond even with a major setback so for him alone, 5 stars. With the tenancy side of things, I’ve sent numerous emails to both my account manager and property manager and not received replies. Even time sensitive issues which could have resulted in my losing a sale were never responded to so 0 stars for these. I will in future avoid purchasing any rental property where Life Residential is affiliated in any way. Avoid.
