At first I was a bit intimidated by all the checks and docs required, but once I moved across,Hamptons and Charlie Fleetwood have been so tentative and willing to help. I appreciate their fairness, attention to detail and support in getting the rental apartment ready. The best part has been the great in after service needs, where they provide quick responses and a lot of proactive communication.

GoogleWould like to commend the property manager Samantha Hunt for her excellent service during our tenure at our apartment in Hayes. Rare to find a property manager who is unbiased and treats both the tenant and landlord equally. This was reflected in the way she handled any issues we faced in the apartment and also smoothly completing our moving out process without any fuss and to our full satisfaction!

Hamptons have looked after our flat for many many years now...although I think the fees are high, (I think they are all expensive), the service has always been great. Recently we have had issues with a leak, and our service charge company have not been very helpful.. however Hamptons have been relentless in trying to help us with the issues, and keeping us informed.

I purchased a apartment in bushey ,the developers Consero.there was a delay in moving because of covid and brexit,the girls who work for Hamptons were amazing they went further to help in any way,which was so not there job,you would really think they worked for conserio.I have been in for 4 months,and they are still helping in every way they go over and beyond to help always with a smile,I will miss them when they go to another site.Hamptons should be very proud of these girls.
