As an update, we received great service from Michael Bolger at Go View whilst trying to sell our property. Michael was extremely conscientious and refused to give up on getting our asking price. My husband and I worked with Morne and we couldn’t be more delighted with our experience! In preparation for our move to London we visited with the intent of letting a flat. We met with Morne on the first day, liked what we saw A LOT but still proceeded to meet with other agents to ensure fair consideration of all of our options. On day two we were starting to feel a bit discouraged in between appointments, when all of the sudden Morne drove around a corner in Ealing Broadway, with his window rolled down, excitably telling us to check our email as he drove past like a letting agent lightening bolt. We checked our email, called him, cancelled our next appointments and found our place within the hour! It was PERFECT, we could hardly believe the quality of the flat compared to what we were shown by other companies! As if the deal couldn’t get any sweeter, Morne also went the extra mile in driving us all over the place to help us understand the neighborhood, public transit routes, nearby grocers, pharmacies, and coffee houses. To ensure we’d have a shot at getting the owners attention, he explained Goview’s internal process and helped us submit an offer with competitive terms. Unsurprisingly, he also advocated for us to the owner and made us feel very comfortable throughout the post-application waiting process. When it was over, Morne walked down to the neighboring pub, where we waited for an update, to deliver the good news that our offer was accepted in person! Pardon the rambling but the rental market in London is NO joke, it’s competitive, fast, and for us it was down right frustrating. It was hard to know who to trust because there were so many other companies that had us feeling a bit dejected about our options. But in the end, we were so pleased to end up in goview’s hands! They wasted no time in thoughtfully catering to our needs and of course, Morne expertly match us with a stunning flat! Don’t hesitate to call them if you’re in the market!🥂

We bought our first home from GoViewLondon this summer. We had the pleasure of dealing with Oliver Mitchell, who is a very professional and knowledgeable agent. He made his best to ensure the purchase of our first house in Ealing went as smoothly and quickly as was possible. Before Go View reply 'we have checked our records and can't find a customer with your name...', I will ask, why would somebody post using their real name? I had a brief tenancy with Go View, they were hopeless. Rented a property with Go View, it had a mouldy mattress, over bearing landlord, oven didn't work properly, the property was damp, and there were several other issues. In short, avoid this company like the plague and don't believe all the positive reviews. I've made numerous reviews on Google, I give positive feedback where deserved and negative feedback where deserved. Go View certainly deserve my negative feedback and I would urge everybody to avoid this company.

As a landlord dealing with Go View for three years, my advice is to think twice before using their services. In my case , they made a serious error in serving a section 21 notice resulting in dismissal of possession claim. In the second attempt, they failed to provide clear evidence that the deposit registration prescribed information was correctly served on the tenants again resulting in the dismissal of possession claim, the court awarded cost to the tenants and am now facing a claim of £10K for Go View’s failures. They have let my two-bedroom flat in West London for an amount which is at least £450 per month less than its current fair market value and even then I can’t take possession of my flat for their errors, omissions and mistakes. On top of this they have allegedly served an incorrect rent increase notice meaning the tenants are still paying the same rent that they moved in over three years ago. I am now fighting on two legal fronts, one to evict the tenants and second to pursue Go View for damages caused. Go View claims to providing me a Gold Management Service!

Rebecca McCarthy from Go View London is really nice and helpful. We were really short of time and Rebecca was able to provide all the information about how to process further, which let to a quick signing of the contract and a quite quick moving in. She is super nice, she always tried to satisfy our requests, she answered to my rambling texts and emails very quickly even during the weekend! As we all know finding a place in London is literally a nightmare, we’ve been looking for the right place for like a month with any luck. I bought my flat through Go View and they were a pleasure to work with throughout. Paul Harty is the agent I liaised with and he worked hard to answer my queries as quickly as possible. He was always pleasant and patient and kept me informed of any updates or important information. He was never pushy, unlike some other agents I have come across, and provided helpful guidance throughout the process. Unfortunately, some things post-sale have not been completed satisfactorily according to the agreed process but this is not the fault of Go View. Paul has still tried to help and see that these ongoing matters will be completed as agreed and his efforts are very much appreciated. Rebecca McCarthy from GoView London Ealing was very helpful in finding a perfect flat in London for me, and made the whole process a very pleasant experience with no problems whatsoever. Starting with our first telephone call Rebecca was immediately able to grasp what I was looking for, and my requirements were for the flat. I wanted to see only the refurbished flats, and some other specific requirements conneced to location and avalability, and all three flats she has shown me were well chosen and exactly up to my requirements which saved me a lot of time and effort. As I have chosen the flat that I liked the most from all tree, Rebecca was able to provide very helpful information about how to process further, which led to sucessful and quick signing of the contract. Rebecca was very patient, informative and helpful in all requirements and questions I had during the signing of the contact. She gave me all necessary information about how to process further correctly as I was new to the flat search in London (I come from Vienna), She has always followed up the emails and messages, even on weekens, and even when I was travelling. The messages were answered within minutes and very helpful. I feel very lucky to meet such a helpful realtor which made my search for my new place in London such a pleasant and nice experience.
