GoogleI purchased a house through a gentleman called Paul harty . This was a very complicated transaction That I'm sure if Paul was not involved would not of happened . His experience and in depth knowledge Was second to none and would not of happened with out him.

GoogleThey asked me at least 5 times to leave a positive review after renting out my property, so here it comes. No major issues but the whole process could have been quicker. Go View is your average no frills agent, wish they didn't pester me that much about reviewing them and ask me why I still haven't do it etc
We have checked through our database and contact the possible 'Smith's' - this is a falsified review, and we would not contact an individual in such a way. We give great service and offer the option of a review as it's good barometer to judge our overall success and client service, we wouldn't take an irresponsible attitude to gaining such reviews where the purpose of them is to improve our business.

GooglePoor customer service The new strategy of agency is to receive holding deposit for 1 week and after 8 hours they call you for a higher monthly price rent, because the landlord wants a higher price than you offered. !!!Do not pay a holding deposit to reserve the property with this agency!!!
Unfortunately, you may have missed out on a property. Any holding deposit is returned to you. We are sure that you are aware that the client is the landlord/vendor of the property, if we put an offer forward without a commitment to proceed from the prospective tenant then this not fulfilling the duty of care to our client. We are sorry that you experienced frustration at the process.

GoogleAgent did not show up to the appointment and I was waiting outside the house in the freezing cold for an hour. Agent name was SANDRA and of course they don't keep your name on the system when it doesn't suit them.
We have no context to this and this name is not our system. Please email hello@goviewlondon.co.uk and we can look at this further. As an independent business one star reviews can hamper our reputation and we are keen to rectify any issues.

GoogleMy husband and I were under some time pressure to find a place in London as we were moving from another city for a new job. After having some bad experiences with other agents, Sandra from GoView showed us three properties... And they were all amazing! Clearly this is an agent that has high standards. Sandra showed us all three in one afternoon, kindly leaving us time and space to look around and discuss. She was also great through the whole negotiation and signing process, so our transition to London proved a much easier one than anticipated. When we moved in the flat was cleaned to very high standards, so there was nothing left for us to do other than settle in. Ever since the agent has been very quick to respond to any queries or issues we've had, so we are very happy with them. Would recommend to anyone!
