Just bought a property with GO view. We are very happy with the service Louis has give us. He was really helpful, friendly and reply email and phone promptly. We are currently not living in London, occasionally, travel to London its difficult for us. He helps us to check the repair work done by the seller through a video call. Thanks a lot. We would heighly recommend this agency.

One star mainly due to the behaviour of Joanna who dares have the title “head of property management” I have seen other reviews detailing her unprofessional attitude towards clients. Rude arrogant and condescending. Should not be in a role that requires customer relations. Really lets the rest of her team down. An embarrassment to women in a professional setting.

My husband and I were under some time pressure to find a place in London as we were moving from another city for a new job. After having some bad experiences with other agents, Sandra from GoView showed us three properties... And they were all amazing! Clearly this is an agent that has high standards. Sandra showed us all three in one afternoon, kindly leaving us time and space to look around and discuss. She was also great through the whole negotiation and signing process, so our transition to London proved a much easier one than anticipated. When we moved in the flat was cleaned to very high standards, so there was nothing left for us to do other than settle in. Ever since the agent has been very quick to respond to any queries or issues we've had, so we are very happy with them. Would recommend to anyone!

First of all the customer service was absolutely brilliant. Well done Go View London! Not only that Morne, the estate agent, gave me a lift with his car and showed me 3 flats but he arranged for me and my mother to see one of the flats twice, as she came in London for a few days and wanted to see where I'm going to move. His service was professional and straight to the point. He helped us with all the details and stuff that we asked for. Really really friendly and helpful. He introduced himself in my own language, which was unexpectedly nice. I would rate it 10/10.

Sent an email asking for a viewing of a property. After about 30 minutes, Received an email from this bloody agency telling me they had contacted their client and that the viewing was arranged for 17.30 of that day. I was staying at about 2 hours away by underground so got ready and when I got to the property gave them a ring to let them know I was there. To my surprised, the guy who took the call just said there had been some kind of mistake and that they had no details of that appointment. After that he still wanted to take my details to talk about other properties! As if I am ever doing business with that horrible agency again!!!!! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND!

Michael Bolger and Oliver Mitchell at Go View are professional and friendly without being pushy. They understood the local market in the post-Brexit market, guided me well with setting a sale price and had genuine cash buyers ready to move fast. The sale went through very smoothly with Oliver keeping me informed and gently nudging along both solicitors in order to keep the fast sale on track. What could have been very stressful was straight-forward because of their approach. I trusted their professional knowledge and conduct and highly recommend Go View Ealing.

Very pleasant people and company. Service is excellent. When we were looking for a property to rent everything went smooth, Michael agreed to show the property several times as we were not sure and choosing between a couple of variants. Preparing documents went smooth and fast. After some time when we have moved there was an accident, flexible pipe for hot water on kitchen went off causing water leakage. After I've informed agency, they've organised a plumber visit to fix the issue. Service was fast and accurate. Michael and Adam thank you for your quick reaction.
